This tour is by far the one I loved the most! It was very productive since we were able to go to all the places listed in the itinerary. Our guide was Baku, and he was so cool! He shared a lot of things about Sapporo, Biei, and Hokkaido as a whole. He gave us a lot of local restaurants to try, too.

This was my first overseas trip with my mother, making it even more special and precious. Thanks to our guide, Seonmin, who beautifully explained the tour and took wonderful photos, those memories remain even more vivid and beautiful. The Biei tour itinerary was truly rich and comprised of amazing places, making the journey fascinating and enjoyable. Guide Seonmin didn't just show us tourist spots but also shared various useful information and stories about Japan, making time fly by! In particular, I had lost an item during my personal travels the day before, and I cautiously asked for help with a phone call. Thanks to her dedicated assistance, even calling the lost and found office herself and caring until the very end, I was able to confirm the location of my lost item. I was truly grateful and touched to feel that she genuinely cared for each and every traveler! 😭😭 Thanks to her, my first trip with my mother became an even warmer and happier memory. If I ever come to Japan again, I definitely want to travel with her as my guide. Thank you so much for creating such wonderful memories! 🙏🏻

I was so happy to be able to travel with guide Hye-in Lee on March 9th! Some other tour companies don't accept solo travelers, and I didn't really want to go to Ningle Terrace because I had seen the reality of it on social media... Honestly, since I was traveling alone, I didn't have high expectations for photos, but what I liked most was that the stay was longer compared to other travel agencies. It's a rare trip, and who knows when I'll come again, so it's good to fill my eyes and my camera with memories, right?! But I was so grateful that Guide Hye-in kept looking after me even though I was alone, and she gave great recommendations for photo poses suitable for the number of people 🥺🥺 Her voice is so clear, and her smile truly, truly brightens people's moods! She's like a human vitamin... Luckily, the timing was perfect, and it felt like the tour was from around 7:50 AM to 6:00 PM~!! Thanks to her, I also enjoyed a delicious dinner without waiting! Thank you for creating such a joyful page in my first Hokkaido trip! Next time, I'll bring my mom!! Haha, 1000% willing to repurchase 😍💕

I applied for and went on the Hokkaido Biei tour I was looking forward to! Even though it was early March, the snowy winter scenery was truly impressive. The Christmas tree in the middle of the snow-covered field was much prettier in person than in photos, and Takushinkan, with its quiet atmosphere, also blended well with the snowy landscape, making it a great spot for photos. Biei Station also had a charming, rustic feel, which added to the travel atmosphere. Most importantly, the guide was kind and provided excellent explanations at each location, making the tour even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a satisfying tour where I could truly experience the winter charm of Hokkaido. Highly recommended!

The tour guide was very enthusiastic about helping with photos and had a great attitude. She was very gentle and helped translate for me. The driver was also excellent, even taking photos for me and recommending an additional itinerary for us to take pictures. The attractions were beautiful, and I was very happy! The only minor improvement would be that the bus was a bit too small and crowded, which made the long journey a bit tiring. Other than that, there's nothing to complain about! I highly recommend this tour.
