Coisas para fazer em Shirogane Blue Pond

We gathered at Exit 31 of Datong-dori Station on August 25, 2026, to join the tour departing at 11:10. We met Tour Leader Hanna, who was very graceful and well-mannered, and Driver Mr. Kasai. The tour leader provided professional explanations of the itinerary and services along the way. The advantage of departing a bit later is truly wonderful, as it avoids massive crowds and traffic jams during the return trip, and we didn't have to wait in line for dinner after getting off the bus. Although the journey was a bit long, it was well worth it for the beautiful scenery. We visited the Blue Pond, Lavender East/Herb Garden (shopping for lavender products), Shikisai-no-Oka, Farm Tomita, the melon farm, and the Ningle Terrace in the forest illuminated at night near the New Furano Hotel (evening itinerary). We returned at 9:00 PM.

We joined a one-day tour in Furano, and the itinerary was very smooth throughout the day. Although there were many attractions and the pace was a bit fast, enough time was allocated at each location for taking photos and eating, so the arrangement was perfectly fine. Before departing, I saw some reviews mentioning that people might get hungry, but in fact, there were things to buy and eat at every attraction along the way—Hokkaido white corn is super sweet, melon bread is fragrant and soft, and croquettes are also delicious, so there's absolutely no need to worry about hunger. Special praise goes to our tour guide, Chillin! The group included foreigners, Japanese, Chinese, and Hong Kongers, and she was able to communicate with everyone in their respective languages. Her explanations were clear and friendly, which created a great atmosphere for the entire group. The luckiest part was that all group members were incredibly punctual, so the timing at each stop was perfectly controlled, with no delays at all. The tour guide also gave tips at the attractions on which souvenirs were worth buying, which were cheap, and which offered high value for money, which was very practical for those who struggle with shopping! Overall, this tour offers great value for money and is recommended for anyone who wants to visit multiple classic attractions in one day.

素晴らしい経験でした。ガイドのルーシーは忍耐強く、温かく、親切でした。彼女は様々な場所や北海道全般について多くの興味深い事実を教えてくれました。彼女がガイドだったので、私たちは旅行をより楽しむことができました。旅程は充実していてかなり詰まっていましたが、より多くの場所を見ることができたので良かったです。

This was my first time in Hokkaido, and I was traveling alone with limited mobility, so I was a bit anxious. However, I found a tour plan that met all my hopes and decided to join a tour for the first time! I was initially worried because the guide and driver were foreigners, but they explained and guided us carefully in both Japanese and a foreign language, and they were very pleasant! At the zoo, I barely had enough time to look around and didn't have time for lunch. I thought another 30 minutes would have been nice. Also, I wondered if I would have seen the main animals better if I had entered through the main gate, but overall, it was fun seeing many animals unique to Hokkaido! The Seven Star Tree and Patchwork Road were also very lovely! Farm Tomita had many tourists, and I couldn't eat the melon souvenir, so I wished I had a little more time. Nevertheless, I'm grateful and had a great time as they showed me many places I couldn't have visited on my own. Thank you very much!

The weather on the day of the tour was wonderful, and coincidentally there weren't many tourists, so we could freely explore and take pictures. The scenery was also extremely beautiful. Our tour guide, Xiao Dong, recommended the local corn, which was very sweet. I chose not to participate in the all-you-can-eat melon option, but they also sold melons individually there, so I felt that having one or two slices was already enough just to get a taste. If you want to try both lavender and melon-flavored ice cream, you don't have to hesitate; Farm Tomita offers a mixed flavor where you can taste both at once. The schedule for the entire trip was well-arranged, providing enough time to thoroughly explore and take photos without feeling too rushed. The rest breaks in between were ample, and both the coach bus and the surrounding scenic spots were very clean. Guide Xiao Dong was also extremely enthusiastic, telling us about local snacks and products, as well as where to buy them at the best value.

Leo is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and direct to the point. He is very fluent in 3 languages and give directions in all three so no one is left behind. Can you believe that we actually left on time in all stops? Whenever we passed him after getting off the bus, he swtiches to english and remind us about the instructions and switch to another language when another tourist passes him by. He is excellent! We also got to our destinations before everyone elses. He also offered assistance and explanations when needed. very happy with this tour! We recommend Leo very much!

Fantastic tour! We visited many places. There were only 4 of us booked, so they used a small car like an Alphard, making it feel like a private tour. The driver provided excellent service, communicated very well, and was polite and smiling. We managed to visit all the planned spots, plus extra stops at Farm Tomita and the herb garden. The timing for each stop was just right, the weather was wonderful, and everything went smoothly and comfortably. Highly recommended!

Amazing Hokkaido Day Trip with Lucy! We had a wonderful day exploring the beautiful sights of Hokkaido! Lucy was an excellent guide—friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire trip. She made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great experience. Our driver was also fantastic, providing a smooth and safe journey.
