Before the lesson, they added me on WhatsApp to arrange the meeting, ask about the students' basic skiing ability, and send the ski instructor's contact information. We booked an English-speaking instructor for 6 hours, from 10 AM to 4 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break). The instructor picked them up at the ski rental shop. My two daughters loved the instructor; she was very kind and took photos and videos throughout the lesson. We got so many videos of the kids skiing. We were very impressed!

Hana diligently explained the background of each attraction and recommended delicious local specialties at every stop, such as fruit corn and lavender ice cream. She was also excellent at helping tourists take photos! Hana introduced us to Hokkaido's unique characteristics, local products from various regions, and even taught us little tips like how to distinguish different grades of cantaloupe. She also shared her personal recommendations for must-try foods in Sapporo, helping travelers understand Hokkaido better. Even though it rained that day, we still had a wonderful experience.

We joined a one-day tour in Furano, and the itinerary was very smooth throughout the day. Although there were many attractions and the pace was a bit fast, enough time was allocated at each location for taking photos and eating, so the arrangement was perfectly fine. Before departing, I saw some reviews mentioning that people might get hungry, but in fact, there were things to buy and eat at every attraction along the way—Hokkaido white corn is super sweet, melon bread is fragrant and soft, and croquettes are also delicious, so there's absolutely no need to worry about hunger. Special praise goes to our tour guide, Chillin! The group included foreigners, Japanese, Chinese, and Hong Kongers, and she was able to communicate with everyone in their respective languages. Her explanations were clear and friendly, which created a great atmosphere for the entire group. The luckiest part was that all group members were incredibly punctual, so the timing at each stop was perfectly controlled, with no delays at all. The tour guide also gave tips at the attractions on which souvenirs were worth buying, which were cheap, and which offered high value for money, which was very practical for those who struggle with shopping! Overall, this tour offers great value for money and is recommended for anyone who wants to visit multiple classic attractions in one day.

It's really helpful that I can sleep during the journey. Depending on the season, there might not be illuminations, and I heard that the Blue Pond is only blue in summer, so I was a little disappointed that it was the Blue Pond with illuminations? But overall, I was very satisfied with the content. The guide was also kind and funny, so I would definitely like to use this service again!

Great and hassle free trip that allows you to see the famous spots in Furano and Biei area. Our guide was Mila and she was very attentive. She also gave us information about the different specialties in Hokkaido along with some restaurant recommendations.

It was an enjoyable trip. The guide provided additional explanations in English for those of us who didn't speak Chinese, which made it easy to understand, and they saved us time by taking a faster route.
