my family and i had a great time! our guide Aoki was very informative and organised our very large group efficiently. it was a sunny day and the flowers were in full bloom. high recommend the lavender ice cream !!

This was the first time we had Kevin as our tour guide! My mom and I had a wonderful time seeing all of these beautiful areas of Hokkaido especially Furano, Farm Tomita, and Blue Pond! I got to see the colorful summer of Hokkaido and it exceeded my expectations! I felt like the itinerary was planned well with good break periods for the restroom but also adequate amount of time per stop! Kevin did a great job being our tour guide and he was very friendly and knowledgeable! He kept us timely and organized throughout the day so we would return home on time but did not feel rushed! It was definitely a great value for the tour and my mom and I had an amazing time! I would highly recommend this tour to all my friends especially since Hokkaido is expansive and it would otherwise be more difficult to travel to all these good sightseeing spots on our own!

I'm a day late writing this feedback, but I highly recommend it and it was a wonderful memory! This trip to Biei and Furano was truly delightful! The biggest highlight of this entire journey was meeting the incredibly skilled tour guide, Hikaru. His ability to lead a group is truly amazing and meticulous! This is my first time encountering a guide with such strong language skills and attentive service. He provided detailed explanations in both Chinese and English throughout the entire trip, working very hard. He didn't let the smaller number of English-speaking participants affect his translation; instead, he meticulously translated everything from Chinese to English one-to-one. I really appreciate Hikaru's sincere sharing of his travel experiences and feelings, as well as his detailed explanations of the background of each attraction. Moreover, there was no shopping promotion throughout the trip, which I absolutely loved about this pure travel arrangement! I highly recommend him and hope to have the opportunity to join a tour led by Hikaru again! I recommend him to everyone!

This is a must-do tour when visiting Sapporo. Although the flowers were not yet in full bloom, it still didn't diminish the beauty and splendor of the places we visited. Thank you to our tour guide, Jenny, for helping us take those beautiful pictures and for sharing the history and culture of every place we went to.

Eric Kaneshiro is an excellent guide. The buffet restaurant was full, but he went the extra mile to ensure I could get in. I really appreciate him. The tour was amazing, well planned and prepared. I highly recommend everyone to book the tour instead of planning it themselves.

Yesterday, I participated in a summer day tour of Hokkaido, and the experience was truly wonderful! I must give tour guide Lucy and the driver a big five-star rating! Tour guide Lucy was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. Her explanations throughout the journey were lively and interesting, and she managed the time perfectly, allowing us to enjoy ourselves without any pressure. The driver's skills were also super professional; the car drove very smoothly and safely, allowing us to rest well during the trip. The entire itinerary was very fulfilling and enjoyable, making for a perfect summer memory in Hokkaido! I highly recommend everyone to find Lucy if you come to visit! Beautiful day trip from start to finish! The scenery was amazing, and our tour guide Lucy made the experience even better. Aunque fue un viaje largo de ida y vuelta desde Sapporo, de unas 2 horas en cada sentido, nos alegramos de tener a Eric como guía, ya que interactuó con los 42 participantes de diferentes países. Como esta vez era primavera y no pudimos ver todas las flores en plena floración, aun así pudimos ver algunas flores bonitas. Lo más importante es que el cielo estaba despejado y las condiciones eran frescas.
