Today's tour guide, Jenny Tao, was very kind and always reminded us in advance of things to pay attention to. We communicated in both Chinese and English. Today was cloudy, a bit cold, and there was occasional light rain, but it didn't affect the overall itinerary. We spent about 40 minutes at each attraction. I recommend choosing between Showa-shinzan, Mount Usu, and the Bear Ranch (100 minutes). The scenery on itinerary one was beautiful. Itinerary one: Mount Usu Ropeway (2000 JPY/person, self-funded). Itinerary two: Bear Ranch (1000 JPY/person, self-funded). The ice cream at Lake Hill Farm was delicious, and there were flowers outside for photos. Because there were many people, I suggest getting your ice cream ticket and ordering quickly as soon as you get off at each stop, otherwise, you won't have time to take pictures. For the hot spring foot bath, I recommend soaking for 20 minutes and then heading to the gift shop for the restroom. On the way back, there were many hydrangeas to photograph. On the return journey, the guide introduced many Hokkaido delicacies. I look forward to visiting again next time.

It was a relaxing trip south of Sapporo to see some nature. I enjoyed way too many ice creams. The gelato at Lake Hill Farm was really, really good, and I've had a lot of ice creams. We had Lucy as our guide; she shared a lot of information about Hokkaido and was really passionate about the city :) Everything was communicated smoothly, and we all had a great time.

I had an amazing time exploring Noboribetsu and Lake Toya with our guide Kevin, and honestly, the trip would’ve been half as good without them. Kevin didn’t just stick to the main spots, he gave us solid tips for both Noboribetsu and Lake Toya, plus recommendations for other things to do around Hokkaido. That extra local insight made it easy to plan the rest of my stay. The name says it all for Hell Valley! the steaming vents, sulfuric smells, and bubbling pools everywhere. The wooden walkways make it easy to get close to the vents, and Kevin explained the history behind it, which made it way more interesting than just snapping photos. Lake Toya was the perfect contrast and was calm, wide, and surrounded by mountains. I enjoyed the Mt. Usu Ropeway and the bear ranch ! The local ice cream is a must at Lake hill farm. I tried the Hokkaido milk flavor.

He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire trip enjoyable from start to finish. Eric shared interesting local history, culture, and tips that made each destination more meaningful. He was also very organized, ensured everyone was comfortable, and was always willing to answer questions. His enthusiasm and positive attitude kept the group engaged throughout the day. This is by far one of the best one-day tours we booked on Klook. The itinerary is just right, not too tight, not too lose. Lucy was great! She was witty, entertaining, insightful and helpful. She really knows her craft.

The tour guide, Chillin, was very attentive and made our trip to Hokkaido one of its highlights. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed all the attractions on the itinerary. The guide's English and Chinese were excellent, and she was passionate about sharing knowledge about animals, the history of the sights, and even recommended food and skincare products! She was very generous with her sharing, and we had a wonderful time. We were very grateful that the group members were punctual. The bus itself was spacious and clean, and the approximately 3-hour round trip was very smooth. The tourist attractions were interesting and suitable for children and the elderly, and we were able to see so many sights in one day. The price was also very reasonable.
