My family and I were very satisfied with this trip. Our tour guide, Oscar, was very friendly and responsible. The driver was polite, and the vehicle was comfortable and clean. Oscar frequently checked the temperature in the car with everyone and interacted with the tourists. It's just a shame we arrived a bit early, and the flowers weren't in full bloom yet.

Amazing day trip with our tour guide, Lisa. Lisa is very friendly and manages the time of different tourist spots really well. She also takes great family photographs. Although the flowers in 四季彩之丘 are not yet at their peak in late June, the fields are still beautifully coloured, meanwhile the flowers in Furano Farm are blossoming.

Victoria was very professional and kind, carefully introducing and looking after everyone throughout the trip. She even spotted us at Shikisai-no-Oka and specifically suggested we go play with the alpacas. It turns out they are really cute and love to eat. Lunch was also quite good; we even got to have a BBQ buffet. Grilling the BBQ meat with kimchi instantly turned it into Korean-style stir-fry, haha! All the food was fresh and delicious, and the skewers and pumpkin tempura were perfectly to my liking. Regarding the all-you-can-eat melon, it was sweet and tasty, and available right from the start. Of course, I had a piece first to get things started (haha) before heading to the buffet. There was only one downside to the entire trip: sitting next to "Chinese people" on the bus. They were incredibly energetic, like "espresso," keeping you super alert at all times because they talked non-stop and loudly, preventing you from resting, relaxing, or calming down. Even when our guide Victoria was speaking, they had to talk at the same time. Seriously, wherever Chinese people are, bad luck follows! I was the unlucky one! (っ ˃̣̣̥᷄︵˂̣̣̥᷅ )っ⁾⁾

Biei and Furano with our local guide! Our local guide's calm, kind, and heartfelt words and actions touched our hearts, bringing us peace and joy. Thanks to them, our family made wonderful memories and had a delightful time. Our local guide is the best! We would love to tour with our local guide again on a future White Gringja Tour.

Our guide Victoria was really great, and impressed us by providing explainations in Japanese, Mandarin and English! Unfortunately this period in June is too early to see all the flowers blooming, but we were still able to see the lavenders. It was a lovely day trip despite the poor weather and definitely a good way to venture out of Sapporo without spending half the day on a train.

The itinerary is very well-planned and convenient for those who want to visit all the famous spots in Furano and Biei in one day without wasting time. Each location includes detailed explanations and recommendations for what to eat, what to try, or the best photo spots. After a full day, starting from Sapporo and returning to the city center after visiting all the sites, there's still time to explore the city. It's a trip where not a single moment is wasted! Highly recommended. The tour guide also provided detailed information about the schedule, locations, and itinerary beforehand, so there's no need to worry about finding the meeting point. This tour is highly recommended for those visiting Hokkaido independently without a car, as it eliminates transportation concerns while allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Hokkaido.
