The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. Next to the elevator, there were drip coffee bags and various tea bags available, as well as small packaged amenities like cleansing and beauty lotions. Everything was great, except for the location being a bit far from the station. The breakfast selection was extensive; the freshly made omelets are highly recommended. There were many Japanese dishes, breads, and salads, and a wide variety of beverages including juice, milk, and oolong tea. The only minor downsides were that there were only three types of fruit, and the curry sauce was a bit thin and not the traditional Japanese flavor we usually expect.

Service: We had to check in and check out again because we were on a two-day, one-night tour of Kamikochi and Tateyama Kurobe. We are also very grateful that they allowed us to store our luggage for a day! When we returned home, we realized we had left something in the room, and they were very proactive in contacting me and offering solutions!

Highly, highly, highly recommended! 👍🏻 Although it's a little distance from Nagoya Station, it's actually not too far. After checking in, I felt the value for money was incredibly high. There's a hot spring bath, and the breakfast with tonkatsu and unagi donburi was so authentic and delicious! 😍 The room was also spacious. This will be my top choice for accommodation when I visit Nagoya again!

WOW! We enjoyed our whole day here. We stayed in. Legoland hotel and very convenient to arrive during opening of the park. The kids rode almost all kid friendly rides. Their favorite is the driving school. Me and hubby's favorite is the miniland. It feels like we were able to visit the whole japan.

I had a wonderful stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Nagoya Nishiki! The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping areas, and transportation. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay.
The room is compact, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well-organized, and made great use of the available space. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nagoya. Highly recommended!
