Special arrangements are made for Chinese-speaking drivers. They arrive early and wait at the hotel entrance that day. They will also introduce the scenic spots while driving. If there is a place you want to stop on the way, let the driver know at any time and he will cooperate with you to stop. It is a great travel experience.

Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. If you have oversized luggage or a stroller, please inform us in advance. For more than two child seats, please confirm with customer service.
- The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours. Pick-up and drop-off points are both at hotels or guesthouses within Nagoya city (for different pick-up/drop-off locations, the driver may need to reserve empty driving time or additional fees may apply). If the departure or end location is not in Nagoya, the service time will be 8 hours. The service is available from 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions.
- Empty car fee: For different departure or end locations, there may be a price difference. If this occurs, customer service will reconfirm with you after you place the order.
- Please be sure to leave your LINE ID, WhatsApp, or WeChat number when ordering (after leaving it, please enable the add friend setting so that local staff in Japan can contact you in time).
- After placing the order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication about itinerary arrangements and vehicles. The supplier will send you driver information 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before vehicle use). Please note: Please wait for the driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance for pick-up.
- If the actual vehicle usage exceeds the service time or journey distance, an overtime fee/excess mileage fee will be charged.
- For a total journey exceeding 300 kilometers, JPY 300/kilometer will be charged.
- For consecutive guests staying in cities outside Nagoya, an additional accommodation fee of JPY 8000 for the driver will be required.
- Overtime rental due to traffic congestion, regardless of natural causes or traffic control, will still incur an additional charge. Important reminder: Please provide correct contact information for the supplier to contact you.
