It was a long, exciting, and fun experience! If your reactions are enthusiastic enough, the coach will give you plenty of thrilling spins. It's recommended to wear a waterproof and windproof jacket or a raincoat (with a hood), as your hair will definitely get wet! If you wear a phone lanyard, you won't have to worry about your phone flying out while recording videos or taking photos!

It was pretty good, the only downside was that there wasn't enough water that day, so we didn't get to see the spectacle of waterfalls cascading down the sides of the fjord. The upside was that the weather was excellent, and visibility was very high.

The guides were professional and friendly, providing thorough pre-trip explanations and very complete equipment. The first half, the jet boat ride, was thrilling, but be sure to keep your head warm as it was windy. Unfortunately, the weather was bad that day, and the water was turbulent and murky. After lunch, the kayaking portion did not go into the beautiful blue river channel we most wanted to see. Instead, they only took us on a hike to view the stream, which was disappointing but understandable. We will definitely go again if we have the chance!

We chose the option with lunch. There were a lot of people, and the food was decent. The main attraction was seeing the steamboat; watching the boiler steam was quite interesting.

For your first experience, we recommend adding the $35 coaching option for assistance. There's no need to upgrade the helmet, but the photography add-on is definitely worth it.

Experiencing the Shotover Jet in Queenstown this time was truly an unforgettable part of my entire New Zealand trip! From check-in, I felt professionalism and efficiency. The on-site process was clear, instructions were precise, and the staff were friendly and humorous, filling me with anticipation even before boarding. After putting on life jackets and receiving safety instructions, my heart rate accelerated. (However, I couldn't bring my GoPro, and currently, the merchant's cameras are being upgraded, so no videos could be provided). When the red jet boat plunged into the emerald green river, the thrill of skimming across the water at high speed was truly beyond imagination! The captain's skills were incredibly refined, weaving through narrow canyons at high speed and performing rapid 360-degree spins. Each drift elicited screams and laughter from everyone on board. Combining speed with precision, it was both exhilarating and reassuring, allowing us to fully enjoy the entire process with peace of mind. The riverside scenery was also spectacular, with rock faces, trees, and turbulent waters intertwining to create a breathtaking scene, making one feel the raw power of New Zealand's nature. Strolling by the river while waiting, watching one red jet boat after another cut through the water, was a visual treat in itself. Best of all, the safety measures throughout were comprehensive, the equipment was well-maintained, and the professionalism was impressive. The photos taken also hold great commemorative value; everyone's expressions showed genuine excitement and happiness, making me smile every time I look back at them. If you come to Queenstown, this is definitely one of the must-do activities. Full marks for excitement, full marks for professionalism, and full marks for the experience. Highly recommended for travelers who want to create thrilling memories! Next time I visit New Zealand, I will definitely experience it again!

The zookeepers gave a professional explanation of the kiwi bird conservation process, and you can even see kiwis up close, which is highly recommended. I also recommend watching the 30-minute bird show, which is very interesting.
