The West Coast glacier tour originally included a helicopter flight experience, which I was very much looking forward to. Unfortunately, due to poor weather conditions the next day, the itinerary was cancelled the day before, so we did not go to the site to check in. Although there was inevitably some disappointment at the time, I must sincerely give the operator a good review. They proactively notified us of the cancellation in advance, explained clearly, and prioritized safety, which made us feel their professionalism and responsible attitude. What's even more commendable is that the refund process was very prompt, transparent, and smooth, without any delays or excuses, allowing travelers to adjust their subsequent plans with peace of mind. And this trip did not leave any regrets because of it. We instead went to the viewpoint via a local trail, looking at the glacier and mountains from the ground. Clouds flowed between the valleys, and the snow-white glacier was faintly visible. That kind of grandeur and tranquility was actually equally stunning. Although we missed the aerial view, we gained a feeling of being closer to nature and slowly appreciating the beauty of the West Coast mountains and forests. Weather cannot be controlled, but professionalism and integrity can be chosen. This is a trustworthy company. If I visit the West Coast of New Zealand again next time, I would still be willing to book again to complete that unfinished flight experience. Safety first, clear communication, and prompt refunds. I sincerely recommend them.

The journey was very long, but thankfully the tour guide introduced the scenery along the way, and the time given at each attraction was very flexible. Highly recommended.

Our guide and driver, Jeff, was excellent. He arrived early, provided explanations multiple times throughout the trip, and was humorous and engaging. He also frequently asked for our opinions and needs, and even prepared snacks and drinking water. I was the only Chinese person in the group, and my English isn't very good, but Jeff and the other group members were very friendly and actively communicated with me. The overall itinerary and experience were fantastic.

The service center is right in the heart of Queenstown, and the staff are very friendly. After arriving at the shuttle drop-off, someone will explain everything, and then you'll head to the bridge to prepare. If you're nearsighted, you'll need to wear contact lenses as prescription goggles are not provided on-site. The fee includes photos, with many different angles, and a video. The day after your experience, you'll receive an email with links to your video and photos. Oh, and they also give you a free souvenir T-shirt on-site!

It's absolutely worth it. First, you take a helicopter for about ten minutes to reach the glacier, then hike for about two hours. The company provides hiking boots, wool socks, waterproof pants, waterproof jackets, crampons, and trekking poles. Anyone who can move freely can participate.

He was such an amazing tour guide, made us comfy and took nice photos for us! The programme organised well in one day and we made unforgettable memories there. We highly recommend the honey comb lavender ice cream🍦😋
