I had a wonderful experience in this onsen, so relaxing and very convenient. However, I forgot my black wrist watch (Sophie Martin) in the locker that I used in no. 2201. How can I claim it back? There are signs everywhere, from the subway line to the herb garden. The garden is pleasant and well-maintained. I would recommend the roundtrip ropeway tickets if you like to spend time taking photos of the flowers and landscape. The ropeway brings you up to the top of the hill, and you make your way down to the first station to take the ropeway back to ground level.

Joining this tour on 9/11 was truly the best decision; no need to transfer, and our Chinese-speaking guide, Xiao Yu (Yukino), was fantastic! Not only did she take great photos, but she also introduced us to many must-visit spots in Takayama Old Town and Shirakawa-go, including shops. On the way back, she even recommended must-try Nagoya delicacies and provided links. Highly recommend! 👍🏻 The meeting point was also very clear. Although it rained in the city, it was still a wonderful experience. The weather wasn't hot, and when we arrived at Shirakawa-go, it wasn't raining and was even sunny ☀️. The Hida beef is a must-try and absolutely delicious, even if a bit oily, it's a rare experience. I recommend choosing the option that includes lunch! 👍🏻

The tour was well worth the money, and our guide Gary was very professional. I booked a 1-day tour with Klook when I visited Osaka last winter, and the guide contacted me via WhatsApp beforehand. This time, no one contacted me in advance, which made me very anxious, but everything started very well when we arrived at the meeting point on time as booked. I had a wonderful trip with my husband and children, the lunch was delicious, and enjoying green tea was a lot of fun. You should book this tour if it's your first time visiting the destinations on the itinerary, so you don't have to worry about food or transportation.

素晴らしい一日で、Yukiさんとの素晴らしい経験でした。旅行で人々と知り合えたのは良かったです。非常に良く組織されており、費用対効果も抜群でした。駅は非常に分かりにくいので、早めに出発することをお勧めします。郵便局へは8番出口を利用してください。私たちは文字通り1分前に到着しました。トイレ休憩や食事の選択肢もたくさんありました。途中にコンビニエンスストアがある便利な場所でした。天候のため富士山を見ることはできませんでしたが、素晴らしい経験に満ちた一日でした！Yukiさんとチームに感謝します。

Nice little tower. Good view and surprisingly clean windows. The revolving restaurant only has a very small selection, but it was enough for me. For me, it's a must-see if you're in Kobe.

Nice food and good service. Chef James cooks in front of us. He is very nice and kind. Food is tasty as you can see from the pictures.
