Our tour guide, Harry, is extremely fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese. He meticulously and enthusiastically detailed the history of Himeji Castle. Arima Onsen is definitely a relaxing experience not to be missed. The carbonated hot spring crackers in the shopping street are delicious 😋, and you can also try the roasted chestnuts. Harry also proactively provided information on many great restaurants and good spots for night views. Thank you!

Klook makes buying tickets extremely convenient, and the venue's gentle slopes are perfect for beginners. Plus, there are many Taiwanese people there. Renting gloves alone is very expensive; it's highly recommended to bring your own to save money.

The arrangements were excellent, with ample time allocated. The tour guide also provided explanations. It wasn't too crowded this time, which was great. There was enough time to explore each attraction.

This time it was a mixed Chinese and English tour group, and our guide Xiao Tang was very responsible. We were also very lucky that everyone was punctual, so the itinerary went smoothly! I highly recommend the zoo next to Himeji Castle! The raccoons are super cute! Also, the time at Arima Onsen was a bit tight, but I still went to the hotel next door for a hot spring bath, and it was very relaxing for both body and mind!

My visit to Arima Onsen was a very comfortable and convenient experience overall. Tickets can be purchased online in advance, and you'll receive an e-ticket immediately after ordering, avoiding queues and at a lower price than buying on-site, which is a great benefit for travelers. Upon entry, you'll get your own locker and a personal card number. All purchases for meals, souvenirs, or additional services within the facility are made by scanning this card, and you settle the bill all at once when you leave. The process is very smooth. After receiving your card, you can head to the clothing area to choose a yukata in your preferred color. Once changed, you go downstairs to wash and enjoy the hot springs. There are both indoor and outdoor hot springs; the outdoor one is particularly relaxing and comfortable. After soaking in the hot springs, there's also a lounge area with sofas where you can lie down, rest, or even take a nap. You can also read the manga provided by the facility. The entire space is very relaxing, and it feels like you could easily spend the whole day there. Additionally, you can pay to experience fish therapy, bedrock baths, massages, or dine inside, offering many choices. Regarding transportation, you can take a bus from Kobe city center. The last bus from Arima Onsen back to the city center is at 6:00 PM, with buses running approximately every 30 minutes. Remember to keep track of the time. If your itinerary isn't rushed, I highly recommend setting aside time to visit Arima Onsen and truly relax.

The tour was worth every single penny. Such beautiful scenery, especially the night view from Mount Rokko, is truly one of a kind. Arima Onsen was also a very fun and relaxing activity. Our tour guide, Mr. Kangfu, is very professional, helpful, and can speak English, Chinese/Mandarin, and Japanese fluently. It was a very memorable trip. I would definitely do it again if I visit Japan next year.

We went on February 8th, two families in a minivan. It happened to be snowing that day, and we saw Himeji Castle in the snow, which was beautiful. After arriving at Arima Onsen, the snow gradually intensified, and some roads were closed, so we couldn't go up Mount Rokko. However, the driver also accommodated our schedule by departing early to return to the city, preventing us from being stranded on the mountain.

Pleasant, with strawberry picking and an outlet mall, plus an all-you-can-eat crab buffet (happy!). Snow activities were also very enjoyable, with free snow tubes and the chance to throw snowballs at a bell.
