Excursão de um dia ao Patrimônio Mundial Castelo de Himeji, Arima Onsen (uma das três fontes termais mais antigas do Japão) e Mirante do Monte Rokko (partindo de Osaka)

Nick was a fantastic guide, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. He totally made the day trip to Himeji Castle and Arima Onsen a fun and enjoyable one. Kudos to Nick-san 🫶🏽 The tour itself was well organized. The bus was comfy and the driver was professional and drove very safely. We spent the morning and lunch at the castle, which was just perfect, and the onsen was also lovely. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🫰🏽

The meeting point was easy to find. There was a list of registered participants posted on the door of the meeting place, so we could confirm our bus number and check in with the tour guide who was holding the list of tourists on-site. Tour guide Xiao Bi was excellent at time management, very attentive, patient, enthusiastic, and friendly, making us feel at ease. Of the three attractions, Himeji Castle was the most worthwhile for a long stay. Just climbing through the castle takes at least 1-2 hours (depending on the number of visitors). Below the castle, there's an exciting shopping street where I really wanted to shop around. The overall 4-hour stay was quite sufficient. My friend and I didn't include lunch. We started touring the castle around 10:30 AM and left at 12:30 PM. Afterward, we quickly ate lunch and briefly explored the shopping street. We walked through Koko-en in about 10-20 minutes. Arima Onsen is quite famous, but the mountain road up was winding and made me a bit carsick. The footbath area was packed with people, so we ended up choosing to soak our feet in the cold stream water, which was also very comfortable. The hot spring town felt a bit like Jiufen Old Street, great for browsing and shopping! The observation deck at Mount Rokko was very pleasant. We were lucky to have good weather and could clearly see Kobe and Osaka from Mount Rokko. We returned to Osaka around 6:30 PM, still having some time to explore the Namba commercial district. Overall, it was a very economical and worthwhile trip.

This tour was definitely worth it! Our guide, Harry, was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained a lot, especially when we asked for more details about the history of Hideyoshi and Himeji Castle. The castle itself was really cool to visit—it felt like stepping back in time in some parts. Koko-en Garden was absolutely beautiful; although we didn't have much time to explore it, the experience was great, and the tempura lunch set is delicious and highly recommended. Arima Onsen is a fun little place to explore, though we didn't try the onsen as we felt we were short on time. It snowed while we were there, and by the time we reached the last stop, Mount Rokko, a small snowstorm made the place look magical. Great tour!

I highly recommend this tour. Himeji Castle is a historic and beautiful castle. The adjacent Koko-en Garden is also very peaceful and picturesque. There's a wonderful restaurant in the garden, but we couldn't dine there due to the long queue and limited time. Afterwards, we went to Arima for a hot spring bath and enjoyed some snacks in the town, which helped relieve the fatigue from climbing Himeji Castle. Finally, we admired the night view from Mount Rokko, completing a delightful journey. I'd also like to thank the driver and our guide, Nii-san. The guide, in particular, was very professional and humorous, making the entire trip not only informative about the history of Osaka and Kobe but also filled with laughter. It was truly an unforgettable journey.

Aunque no hubo guía de WhatsApp el día anterior al tour sobre la hora y el lugar de encuentro, simplemente siga el punto de encuentro del itinerario de Klook. El guía es súper informativo y conoce muy bien la historia del castillo. Pero prepárese para subir las escaleras del castillo. El set de tempura tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio.

Gary is a superb tour guide. Throughout the tour he shared a lot of information related to the places we were visiting, this gave me an impression that he is very knowledgeable and he cherishes his job as a tour guide. my family and I enjoyed the tour to Himeji Castle, Arima Onsen and Mount Rokku very very much! Harry was an outstanding tour guide—incredibly knowledgeable and full of fascinating stories about Japanese history! Even with the October heat and humidity, it was a fantastic day. Himeji Castle is quite big! Be ready for a serious climb; you’ll have to put your shoes in a bag and tackle many steep stairs to preserve the floors. We fueled up with a few hours of city exploration, finding some Kobe beef that was unbelievably tender and flavorful. In the nearby onsen village, we tried the (free) communal foot bath and then chose to explore the area, enjoying a relaxing cold beer by the river. The day concluded perfectly at the Mount Rokko overlook. When the sun finally came out, it gave us an even better, sweeping view of Osaka! We picked up some local honey and tea before leaving. What a great day! I highly recommend this tour.

Our guide, Gary, was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful. Because we had a small group, Gary offered to act as a private guide and show us the best spots, telling us about the history and stories of these locations.
