Our tour guide, Wang Qi, was incredibly friendly and approachable, making us feel like we were chatting with a friend. We hope he continues to do well! Fighting💪

The open-air bath was wonderful! The resting areas within the facility were also very well-equipped, so I was able to relax comfortably on the last day of my trip. However, one small regret was that most of the hot spring users were local seniors, and it was a bit disappointing to hear some tourists talking loudly, echoing throughout the bath. While it's natural for families to converse, it would be great if tourists like us could be a little more mindful.

During the trip, when we encountered a small incident of getting lost, he remained calm and demonstrated exceptional adaptability, making everyone feel very secure. 【Thoughtful Care for Elderly Participants】We had quite a few elderly members on this trip, and Richard was incredibly attentive throughout, constantly looking after the physical and health conditions of the seniors. He was very friendly towards them. 【Proactive and Enthusiastic, Full of Memories】He also proactively helped everyone take beautiful photos 📷, allowing us to capture very precious moments. 【Smooth Pace, Safe Driving】The timing of the itinerary was perfectly managed, never feeling rushed. The driver also drove very smoothly, making the ride feel very safe and comfortable. This was a high-quality experience that makes you want to "repurchase and genuinely participate again." I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great itinerary!

Enjoyable...away from the Osaka crowd. Love the view at Mount Rokko. Will recommend. Cave is a good guide.

I am so glad I booked this tour. Huahua is a very good tour guide. He really did his best to assist us. The tour started on time and we returned to Osaka early and safely. It’s just unfortunate that there was not enough time for the Himeji Castle

I had a wonderful experience in this onsen, so relaxing and very convenient. However, I forgot my black wrist watch (Sophie Martin) in the locker that I used in no. 2201. How can I claim it back? The spectacular Himeji Castle and the very comfortable Taiko-no-Yu at Arima Onsen made for a very relaxing trip.
