During the trip, when we encountered a small incident of getting lost, he remained calm and demonstrated exceptional adaptability, making everyone feel very secure. 【Thoughtful Care for Elderly Participants】We had quite a few elderly members on this trip, and Richard was incredibly attentive throughout, constantly looking after the physical and health conditions of the seniors. Amazing experience! The Kobe Port Ferris Wheel Hot Spring Night View Day Tour was absolutely wonderful. Our guide, Mathew, was exceptional — friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the trip. My sisters and I had a great time with this tour. The time given for each spot is plenty for us to roam and see a lot of beautiful places and other structures. This day tour was nice. Lee was our tour guide, although she needs more energy and should research more about the information in the itinerary (history, good places to eat in Kobe). But overall, it was a good day tour. Kobe was a good city as well.

Everything went smoothly. The tour guide, Jack, was patient in explaining the itinerary. If you're not keen on the onsen, you can go to the small town and look for street food.

This itinerary is truly perfect for the day after Universal Studios Japan! Since the whole trip starts later, our family (two adults, two children) could get enough sleep, and the pace was relaxed and unhurried. We got to eat delicious Kobe beef, take beautiful photos at the harbor, and even soak in Taiko-no-Yu for a rejuvenating experience. In the evening, we took the cable car to see the night view. We're grateful to our young guide, Mr. Zhao, for his clear explanations and for allowing guests ample rest. The driver was very efficient, saving us a lot of time for the itinerary, and the air conditioning was wonderfully cool. Aside from Kin-no-Yu being closed today and the foggy mountain obscuring the beautiful night view, which were minor disappointments, the entire trip perfectly met our expectations.

It's great to have a hotel shuttle service; you don't have to do any planning at all. Just wait for the pickup at the hotel, which is very convenient. Both the hotel driver and the bus driver arrived early to wait at the designated spot, and the air conditioning was on as soon as we got in, which was a relief given how hot the city weather is in the scorching summer. Thanks to our handsome tour guide, Zhao Ziyang, for his precise time management. He helped us with translation and explanations, taking us directly to the hot spring, which was a time-saving, wonderful, and relaxing experience. Finally, enjoying the gentle cool breeze while admiring the night view from the mountain made this hot summer trip, though only one day, very satisfying!

It was fun in Kobe, it's a beautiful city and the Kobe beef is the best! Thanks to our tour guide and our driver for taking care of us to complete our tour destination and we got home safely!
