We had a wonderful experience on this Fuji one-day tour. The tour guide were friendly, cheerful, and always full of positive energy. They provided clear and interesting explanations which made the journey even more enjoyable. We initially had some difficulty finding the meeting point at Ueno Station, as the directions to Ueno Park were a little confusing. Fortunately, the tour team was very understanding and allowed us to join at the next pick-up point in Shinjuku. We are especially grateful to the bus driver and both tour guides for patiently waiting for us even though we arrived slightly late. For Muslim travelers, halal food options were limited at the designated meal stop, but there were vegetarian options available. If those do not suit your preference, there is a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven just a short walk to the left, where you can find additional food choices. Thank you to the driver and tour guides for making this trip so memorable. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant journey to see Mt. Fuji from different angles! Our tour guide, Mitsuya (if I remember her name correctly) was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and engaging! Our lunch was also one of a kind with an amazing view of Mt. Fuji! Truly a great tour!

We absolutely loved our Mt. Fuji tour! The entire experience was smooth, organized, and truly unforgettable. Seeing Mt. Fuji up close—especially with its beautiful snow-capped peak—felt magical. The views were breathtaking and every stop along the way was worth it. Our guide was friendly, informative, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. Travel time was relaxing, the itinerary wasn’t rushed, and we had enough time to enjoy the scenery and take lots of photos with the family. This tour gave us memories we’ll treasure forever. This Mt. Fuji day tour was excellent! Our tour guide was fantastic, knowledgeable, and fluent in English, making the day highly engaging. The transportation was comfortable, and the schedule was kept perfectly on time. We were lucky to get stunning, clear views of Mt. Fuji at all the key stops. Although the itinerary felt a little rush, we were able to capture good photos. Absolutely worth the money and a perfect way to see the Mt. Fuji area. Highly recommend this tour!

Foggy day... No Mount Fuji in sight. But we had a great time. For us, taking pictures only takes a little time. After that, it's shopping time. This itinerary was great. All the places had shops and the lunch was very good (Kobe beef shabu-shabu). So even though we didn't see Mount Fuji, every other place we went was great. I've been to Mount Fuji before with a different itinerary that led you to all the best photo stops. But it was too crowded and the queue was insane. So it's better to choose this one if you want more of an experience with Mount Fuji and to get more souvenirs instead of a picture that everyone else has.

All the staff are incredibly kind! I was traveling alone, and Gotemba Premium Outlets is so vast that I got lost. While I was wandering around, they contacted me using the phone number I had written in the memo section when I first made the reservation, and I was able to safely take the bus back to my accommodation. Thanks to them, it became an unforgettable trip, and the tour itself was also very enjoyable! I wanted to see Mount Fuji, but the weather was bad, which was a shame. Still, it was fun because they told us various stories along the way! I highly recommend this tour to Koreans!!!!

The tour guide was very nice and easy to understand. We weren't able to see Mt. Fuji because it was foggy, but we still got to see all the places mentioned. It was a nice experience! Also, we tried their beef. So good! A must-try! You can also opt not to have a meal and eat street food in the town instead.

Easily one of the best tours I've experienced!! Tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly 🙂 The meetup location is easily accessible for anyone staying in the Tokyo area and the destinations chosen in the itinerary really showed off the beauty of the country, especially in local areas around Mt. Fuji. There is so much to see and explore at each of the destinations that it feels like there isn't enough time at each stop to take everything in, especially Shibokusa village and Lake Kawaguchi. I really loved the variety and quality of the lunch options - we chose the Japanese noodle set, which was special to that region, and it was delicious. Overall, this tour is worth every penny!

The overall trip was great, and we were lucky that the weather cooperated, allowing us to see Mount Fuji all day. The Chinese-speaking tour guide, Xiao Ye, who came to assist, wasn't very fluent in her oral introductions, and her story about the volcano god was a bit halting, but still acceptable. The English-speaking tour guide, Mei-chan, was relatively more engaging and enthusiastic. Oshino Hakkai was too crowded, which made for a less-than-ideal experience; we felt no loss by simply walking through it to visit Sengen Shrine instead. The lunch food was decent, and the udon noodles were enough for a satisfying meal, but the seating arrangement at the restaurant was too cramped. Having two people on the same side of the table felt very crowded, especially with strangers next to us. Before leaving the city, when the tour bus reached the second pick-up point, it drove through the middle of an elevated bridge. Because of the height, we unexpectedly got a panoramic view of Tokyo's beautiful cityscape with ginkgo and maple leaves in autumn and winter, which was a great highlight of this tour. Those who don't want to drive themselves might consider this trip. The vehicle's exterior and interior were clean and bright, and the driver was energetic and not old, making for a smooth and comfortable journey.

However, the seating arranged by the restaurant was too small; having two people on the same side of the table felt very cramped, let alone sitting next to strangers. Before leaving the city, when the tour bus reached the second pick-up point, it navigated through the middle of an elevated bridge. Because of the height, we unexpectedly got to enjoy a panoramic view of Tokyo's beautiful cityscape in autumn and winter, with its ginkgo and maple leaves, which was another excellent feature of this tour. Those who don't want to drive themselves might consider this option. The tour bus driver was not old, drove steadily, and ensured a safe and smooth journey.
