Estamos muito gratos por ter a guia Yagyu conosco! Ela realmente foi além das expectativas durante toda a viagem. Sentimos verdadeiramente o quanto ela é apaixonada e entusiasta pelo que faz. Ela explicou tudo com muita clareza e compartilhou tantos detalhes interessantes, dicas e pequenas recomendações ao longo do percurso. Isso tornou toda a jornada muito mais agradável e nos ajudou a entender e apreciar muito mais os lugares que visitamos. O que realmente se destacou foi o cuidado genuíno dela com todos no grupo. Ela foi atenciosa, acessível e sempre disposta a ajudar. Parecia que não estábamos apenas seguindo um roteiro turístico, mas sendo cuidados por alguém que realmente queria que tivéssemos uma experiência maravilhosa. Um muito obrigado também à agência de turismo por ter preparado os pequenos presentes atenciosos para nós. Um toque adorável e uma forma linda de encerrar a experiência! Viagem ótima e sem complicações que permite conhecer os pontos famosos da região de Furano e Biei. Nossa guia foi a Mila e ela foi muito atenciosa. Ela também nos deu informações sobre as diferentes especialidades de Hokkaido, além de algumas recomendações de restaurantes.

had a fantastic day trip with Lisa and her colleague! The day was much better than it looked online and i thoroughly enjoyed it! The flower farms and blue pond were gorgeous and at each stop, Lisa was extremely informative. I chose the non buffet and so i got to choose a meal from the restaurant which was great. They even had a curry labelled vegan. Lisa recommended to try the white corn and the melon and bith were delicious. i would definitely recommend

Liu was very enthusiastic and provided us with a lot of knowledge about Hokkaido. His explanations were concise and clear, with no unnecessary chatter, which was great! 😆 He managed the trip's timing perfectly. We were also very lucky to have comfortable weather that day, making it a truly worthwhile journey.

The tour was great we got to see and do everything that was in the itinerary. Our guide Rita was excellent. She had energy, was able to talk to us individually about the area we were in. Communication was good and able to do the tour in three language. Plus very knowledgeable about the items we can buy in all the different areas.

Tour guide Sophia is very professional, the itinerary is rich, and her explanations are clear. She speaks Chinese, English, and Japanese, and she managed the time very well. We also had good luck that day, as all the group members were very punctual. The driver's driving skills are excellent, which made us feel secure.

Tour guide was very kind. There were only 2 of us during the trip but he was still eager and happy to show us around. On the way back he even asked us if we wanted to be dropped off at a specific location, he helped us find an open shopping centre. The places we visited were very beautiful as well. For reference we went during the last week of September. There were very few lavenders but the rest of the flowers were in bloom. We highly recommend this trip.

There was a lot packed in this tour which sets it apart from the others. It was such a great value to see many awesome locations! That said, it's a best fit for time-conscious people as the tour runs on a strict schedule to allow for all the sightseeing you do. The tour is run smoothly and communication is clear so you know what to expect at each area, even where the best spots are to take pictures. For novelty treats/souvenirs, I suggest buying those first as the lines could get quite long. But the actual photo spots themselves only take a few minutes walking. Also, late August you could still see Furano in full bloom. Some lavender fields can't be seen, but Farm Tomita still had plenty.
