Here's a natural and polished review: We had a wonderful trip, and our guide, Tom, made it even better. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting facts throughout the day. What I especially appreciated was that, even though most of the group was from China, he made sure the English-speaking guests received the same attention and explanations. We never felt left out. The tour was well organized, the pace was comfortable, and we had a great experience. Thank you, Tom, for making it such an enjoyable and memorable day!

The itinerary is very rich, and the停留時間 is just right, making it perfect for those who don't drive themselves! There's no need to worry about lunch, as many attractions offer food for purchase, so you don't need to prepare lunch in advance.

Los lugares eran geniales. Puede que tuviéramos un horario apretado debido a lo lejos que estaban los lugares del punto de encuentro, pero pudimos disfrutar bien del viaje. Mila fue una guía bien informada. Nos dejó descansar de camino a los destinos y describió los lugares cuando estábamos a punto de llegar a ellos.

We enjoyed both the zoo and Snowland! Vivien was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, approachable, and always happy to help, which made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Our guide, Ms. Lisa, was fantastic—very knowledgeable about the places, and incredibly kind, cheerful, and warm. We truly enjoyed the tour. We just wish we had more time at Blue Pond, as it felt a bit short and we wanted to fully appreciate the views and nature. Overall, this is one of the best tours we’ve booked. We can’t wait to come back for the summer Furano lavender field tour!

This one is really a value for money, you will be able to tour a lot of gems in Biei/Furano area in a day. The tour guide is very accommodating, even though she is not that fluent in English she is trying her very best to translate it.

Great and hassle free trip that allows you to see the famous spots in Furano and Biei area. Our guide was Mila and she was very attentive. She also gave us information about the different specialties in Hokkaido along with some restaurant recommendations.
