We had a wonderful trip, and our guide, Tom, made it even better. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting facts throughout the day. What I especially appreciated was that, even though most of the group was from China, he made sure the English-speaking guests received the same attention and explanations. We never felt left out. The tour was well organized, the pace was comfortable, and we had a great experience. Thank you, Tom, for making it such an enjoyable and memorable day!

行程非常豐富，而且停留時間適中，非常適合非自駕遊的人士參加！不用擔心午餐的問題，日子的景點很多都可以買東西吃，不用額外準備午餐也可以

景點的美麗，要眼見為憑，是手機的相機所無法補捉。導遊對於景點的介紹很詳細，親合力滿滿，也很熱心的幫大家拍照，而且對時間和行程的掌控非常好。值得推薦！

Places were great! We may have had a tight schedule due to how far the places were from the meeting point, but we were able to enjoy the trip well. Mila was a well-informed guide. She let us rest on the way to the destinations and described the places when we were almost arriving at them.

We enjoyed both the zoo and snowland! Vivien was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, approachable, and always happy to help, which made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Onze gids, mevrouw Lisa, was fantastisch – zeer goed geïnformeerd over de plaatsen, en ongelooflijk vriendelijk, vrolijk en warm. We hebben echt genoten van de tour. We wilden alleen dat we meer tijd hadden gehad bij de Blauwe Vijver, omdat het een beetje kort aanvoelde en we de uitzichten en de natuur volledig wilden waarderen. Over het algemeen is dit een van de beste tours die we hebben geboekt. We kunnen niet wachten om terug te komen voor de zomerse Furano lavendelveld tour!

This one is really a value for money, you will be able to tour a lot of gems in Biei/Furano area in a day. The tour guide is very accommodating, even though she is not that fluent in English she is trying her very best to translate it.

Great and hassle free trip that allows you to see the famous spots in Furano and Biei area. Our guide was Mila and she was very attentive. She also gave us information about the different specialties in Hokkaido along with some restaurant recommendations.
