Here’s a natural and polished review: We had a wonderful trip, and our guide, Tom, made it even better. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting facts throughout the day. What I especially appreciated was that, even though most of the group was from China, he made sure the English-speaking guests received the same attention and explanations. We never felt left out. The tour was well organized, the pace was comfortable, and we had a great experience. Thank you, Tom, for making it such an enjoyable and memorable day!

景點的美麗，要眼見為憑，是手機的相機所無法補捉。導遊對於景點的介紹很詳細，親合力滿滿，也很熱心的幫大家拍照，而且對時間和行程的掌控非常好。值得推薦！

Places were great! We may have had a tight schedule due to how far the places were from the meeting point, but we were able to enjoy the trip well. Mila was a well-informed guide. She let us rest on the way to the destinations and described the places when we were almost arriving at them.

Wala na kaming mahihiling pang mas mahusay na gabay at lubos naming siyang irerekomenda sa sinumang naghahanap ng di malilimutang karanasan.

Ang aming gabay, si Ms. Lisa, ay napakagaling—sobrang daming alam tungkol sa mga lugar, at napakabait, masayahin, at mainit ang pagtanggap. Lubos naming nasiyahan ang tour. Sana lang ay nagkaroon kami ng mas maraming oras sa Blue Pond, dahil medyo sandali lang at gusto naming lubos na pahalagahan ang tanawin at kalikasan. Sa pangkalahatan, ito ang isa sa mga pinakamagandang tour na na-book namin. Hindi na kami makapaghintay na bumalik para sa summer Furano lavender field tour!

This one is really a value for money, you will be able to tour a lot of gems in Biei/Furano area in a day. The tour guide is very accommodating, even though she is not that fluent in English she is trying her very best to translate it.

Great and hassle free trip that allows you to see the famous spots in Furano and Biei area. Our guide was Mila and she was very attentive. She also gave us information about the different specialties in Hokkaido along with some restaurant recommendations.
