We are so grateful to have 柳生导游 as our guide! She really went above and beyond throughout the entire trip. We truly feel how passionate and enthusiastic she is about what she does. She explained everything so clearly and shared so many interesting details, tips and little recommendations along the way. It made the whole journey much more enjoyable and helped us understand and appreciate the places we visited so much more. What really stood out was her genuine care for everyone in the group. She was attentive, approachable and always happy to help. It felt like we weren’t just following a tour itinerary, we were being taken care of by someone who genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful experience. A big thank you as well to the tour company for preparing the thoughtful little gifts for us. Such a lovely touch and a beautiful way to end the experience! Viagem ótima e sem complicações que permite ver os pontos famosos na área de Furano e Biei. Nossa guia foi a Mila e ela foi muito atenciosa. Ela também nos deu informações sobre as diferentes especialidades de Hokkaido, além de algumas recomendações de restaurantes.

Tive uma viagem de um dia fantástica com a Lisa e o colega dela! O dia foi muito melhor do que parecia na internet e aproveitei ao máximo! As fazendas de flores e a lagoa azul estavam deslumbrantes e, em cada paragem, a Lisa foi extremamente informativa. Escolhi a opção sem buffet, por isso pude escolher uma refeição no restaurante, o que foi ótimo. Até tinham um caril rotulado como vegano. A Lisa recomendou provar o milho branco e o melão, e ambos estavam deliciosos. Recomendo definitivamente!

Liu was very enthusiastic and provided us with a lot of knowledge about Hokkaido. His explanations were concise and clear, with no unnecessary chatter, which was great! 😆 He managed the trip's timing perfectly. We were also very lucky to have comfortable weather that day, making it a truly worthwhile journey.

The tour was great we got to see and do everything that was in the itinerary. Our guide Rita was excellent. She had energy, was able to talk to us individually about the area we were in. Communication was good and able to do the tour in three language. Plus very knowledgeable about the items we can buy in all the different areas.

Tour guide was very kind. There were only 2 of us during the trip but he was still eager and happy to show us around. On the way back he even asked us if we wanted to be dropped off at a specific location, he helped us find an open shopping centre. The places we visited were very beautiful as well. For reference we went during the last week of September. There were very few lavenders but the rest of the flowers were in bloom. We highly recommend this trip.

Tour guide Sophia is very professional, the itinerary is rich, and her explanations are clear. She speaks Chinese, English, and Japanese, and she managed the time very well. We also had good luck that day, as all the group members were very punctual. The driver's driving skills are excellent, which made us feel secure.

There was a lot packed in this tour which sets it apart from the others. It was such a great value to see many awesome locations! That said, it's a best fit for time-conscious people as the tour runs on a strict schedule to allow for all the sightseeing you do. The tour is run smoothly and communication is clear so you know what to expect at each area, even where the best spots are to take pictures. For novelty treats/souvenirs, I suggest buying those first as the lines could get quite long. But the actual photo spots themselves only take a few minutes walking. Also, late August you could still see Furano in full bloom. Some lavender fields can't be seen, but Farm Tomita still had plenty.
