Here’s a natural and polished review:
We had a wonderful trip, and our guide, Tom, made it even better. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting facts throughout the day. What I especially appreciated was that, even though most of the group was from China, he made sure the English-speaking guests received the same attention and explanations. We never felt left out. The tour was well organized, the pace was comfortable, and we had a great experience. Thank you, Tom, for making it such an enjoyable and memorable day!

行程非常豐富，而且停留時間適中，非常適合非自駕遊的人士參加！不用擔心午餐的問題，日子的景點很多都可以買東西吃，不用額外準備午餐也可以

景點的美麗，要眼見為憑，是手機的相機所無法補捉。導遊對於景點的介紹很詳細，親合力滿滿，也很熱心的幫大家拍照，而且對時間和行程的掌控非常好。值得推薦！

Platserna var fantastiska! Vi hade kanske ett pressat schema på grund av hur långt platserna låg från mötesplatsen, men vi kunde njuta av resan väl. Mila var en mycket kunnig guide. Hon lät oss vila på vägen till destinationerna och beskrev platserna när vi nästan var framme.

We enjoyed both the zoo and snowland! Vivien was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, approachable, and always happy to help, which made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Vår guide, Lisa, var fantastisk – mycket kunnig om platserna och otroligt snäll, glad och varm. Vi njöt verkligen av turen. Vi önskar bara att vi hade haft mer tid vid Blå dammen, då det kändes lite kort och vi ville hinna uppskatta utsikten och naturen fullt ut. Sammantaget är detta en av de bästa turerna vi har bokat. Vi längtar efter att komma tillbaka för sommarens Furano lavendelfältstur!

This one is really a value for money, you will be able to tour a lot of gems in Biei/Furano area in a day. The tour guide is very accommodating, even though she is not that fluent in English she is trying her very best to translate it.

Great and hassle free trip that allows you to see the famous spots in Furano and Biei area. Our guide was Mila and she was very attentive. She also gave us information about the different specialties in Hokkaido along with some restaurant recommendations.
