We had a wonderful trip, and our guide, Tom, made it even better. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting facts throughout the day. What I especially appreciated was that, even though most of the group was from China, he made sure the English-speaking guests received the same attention and explanations. We never felt left out. The tour was well organized, the pace was comfortable, and we had a great experience. Thank you, Tom, for making it such an enjoyable and memorable day!

Il tour è molto ricco e le soste sono della giusta durata, perfetto per chi non guida! Non preoccuparti del pranzo, ci sono molti posti dove comprare qualcosa da mangiare nelle varie attrazioni durante il giorno, quindi non è necessario preparare il pranzo in anticipo.

Places were great! We may have had a tight schedule due to how far the places were from the meeting point, but we were able to enjoy the trip well. Mila was a well-informed guide. She let us rest on the way to the destinations and described the places when we were almost arriving at them.

We enjoyed both the zoo and snowland! Vivien was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, approachable, and always happy to help, which made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

La nostra guida, la signora Lisa, è stata fantastica: molto preparata sui luoghi e incredibilmente gentile, allegra e calorosa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il tour. Vorremmo solo aver avuto più tempo al Blue Pond, poiché ci è sembrato un po' breve e volevamo apprezzare appieno i panorami e la natura. Nel complesso, questo è uno dei migliori tour che abbiamo prenotato. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare per il tour estivo dei campi di lavanda di Furano!

This one is really a value for money, you will be able to tour a lot of gems in Biei/Furano area in a day. The tour guide is very accommodating, even though she is not that fluent in English she is trying her very best to translate it.

Un viaggio fantastico e senza problemi che permette di vedere i luoghi famosi delle zone di Furano e Biei. La nostra guida era Mila ed è stata molto attenta. Ci ha anche fornito informazioni sulle diverse specialità di Hokkaido e alcuni consigli sui ristoranti.
