The weather was great on the day of the tour, and there weren't many tourists, so we could explore and take photos to our heart's content. The scenery was also incredibly beautiful. Our tour guide, Xiao Dong, recommended the local corn, which was very sweet. I didn't choose the all-you-can-eat cantaloupe option, but they also sold individual slices, so I felt that one or two pieces were enough to get a taste. If you want to try lavender and cantaloupe flavored ice cream, you don't have to choose just one; Tomita Farm offers a mixed flavor so you can try both at once. The entire itinerary was perfectly timed, allowing plenty of time to explore and take photos without feeling rushed. There was ample rest time in between, and both the bus and the areas around the attractions were very clean. Our guide, Xiao Dong, was also very enthusiastic, telling us about local snacks and products, and where to find the best value.

We are so grateful to have 柳生导游 as our guide! She really went above and beyond throughout the entire trip. We truly feel how passionate and enthusiastic she is about what she does. She explained everything so clearly and shared so many interesting details, tips and little recommendations along the way. It made the whole journey much more enjoyable and helped us understand and appreciate the places we visited so much more. What really stood out was her genuine care for everyone in the group. She was attentive, approachable and always happy to help. It felt like we weren’t just following a tour itinerary, we were being taken care of by someone who genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful experience. A big thank you as well to the tour company for preparing the thoughtful little gifts for us. Such a lovely touch and a beautiful way to end the experience! This was my first trip to Hokkaido! Since I was too lazy to plan an itinerary, I joined a Klook day tour! I met our tour guide, Rita, who was very attentive, responsible, and communicative! She also shared many interesting travel stories! I had a wonderful day! I hope to join another one of your tours next time!

Tour guide Sophia is very professional, the itinerary is rich, and her explanations are clear. She speaks Chinese, English, and Japanese, and she managed the time very well. We also had good luck that day, as all the group members were very punctual. The driver's driving skills are excellent, which made us feel secure.

It was an enjoyable trip. The guide provided additional explanations in English for those of us who didn't speak Chinese, which made it easy to understand, and they also saved us time by taking a faster route.

An unforgettable trip! Our guide Hong was incredibly knowledgeable about Hokkaido and Ainu culture, and his multilingual skills were impressive. The itinerary was seamless and well-organized. The Blue Pond, Shikisai-no-Oka, and Farm Tomita were absolute highlights. Highly recommended!

This was my first time participating in a Klook activity, and I was very impressed. Our tour guide, Ms. Yagyu, was incredibly friendly and an excellent speaker. It's rare to have a group of fifteen people who are all punctual and cooperative! The itinerary was well-planned and generally satisfactory. I suggest removing the farm visit, as it was a bit run-down, to allow more time for natural attractions.

There was a lot packed in this tour which sets it apart from the others. It was such a great value to see many awesome locations! That said, it's a best fit for time-conscious people as the tour runs on a strict schedule to allow for all the sightseeing you do. The tour is run smoothly and communication is clear so you know what to expect at each area, even where the best spots are to take pictures. For novelty treats/souvenirs, I suggest buying those first as the lines could get quite long. But the actual photo spots themselves only take a few minutes walking. Also, late August you could still see Furano in full bloom. Some lavender fields can't be seen, but Farm Tomita still had plenty.

The driver is friendly and helpful. The entire trip is worry-free, comfortable.
