Had a really wonderful trip today with our tour guide, Oscar! He was incredibly humorous, making the journey fun and engaging from start to finish. His cheerful personality kept everyone entertained, and he created a very enjoyable atmosphere throughout the day. What impressed me most was how thoughtful and well-organized he was. He managed the itinerary and time allocation at each stop exceptionally well, ensuring we had enough time to explore, take photos, and enjoy the attractions without feeling rushed. At the same time, he kept the tour on schedule, allowing us to experience everything as planned. Oscar was also attentive to the group’s needs, providing clear explanations, helpful recommendations, and making sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. His professionalism, enthusiasm, and excellent time management truly made a huge difference. Thank you, Oscar, for making this such a memorable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend joining a tour with him!

My guide was Ema and I would give her a 10/5 stars if I could! She was so informative and constantly was giving us fun facts about each area. She was so friendly and so attentive to other’s needs. I wish she could be on every tour that I go!

Victoria is very professional and kind, meticulously introducing and taking care of everyone throughout the trip. She even spotted us at Shikisai-no-Oka and specifically suggested we go play with the alpacas. It turns out they are really cute and love to eat. Lunch was also quite good; we even got to have a BBQ buffet. Adding kimchi to the BBQ meat and grilling it instantly turned it into Korean-style stir-fried meat 🤣. The food was fresh and delicious, and the skewers and pumpkin tempura were perfectly to my taste 😂. Regarding the all-you-can-eat melon, the melon was sweet and delicious, and it was available for unlimited consumption right from the start 🙈. Of course, I had a piece first as a base (haha) before starting the buffet. There was only one downside to the entire trip: sitting next to "Chinese people" on the bus. They are amazing, like "espresso," keeping you super energetic at all times because they can talk non-stop and loudly, preventing you from resting, rejuvenating, or getting your adrenaline pumping... Even when our guide Victoria was speaking, they had to talk at the same time. Sigh, indeed, wherever there are Chinese people, there's bad luck! I was that unlucky person! (っ ˃̣̣̥᷄︵˂̣̣̥᷅ )っ⁾⁾

Beautiful Hokkaido! Our tour guide, Oscar, is very nice, friendly and funny. The tour itself was excellent. There are so much beautiful spots and places to visit and you can take photos anywhere and they are beautiful!

We really enjoyed the tour! Everything was great, the itinerary, especially the penguin walk. The bus was comfortable, and of course our tour guide, Vivi, was amazing! She was very kind and accommodating, and she speaks English very well. We will definitely book another tour with Klook again.

The tour guide, Xiao Liu, was very diligent in explaining and introducing things along the way. Since our group consisted of people from various countries, the guide had to continuously introduce in Japanese, English, and Chinese, which was quite impressive. What I was most looking forward to on this trip was the Blue Pond and the all-you-can-eat melon. However, I didn't expect the Blue Pond to be so crowded, with everyone jostling for a spot to take photos, so you need to be mindful of your photography skills and timing. As for the melon, I didn't find it very sweet, but it was still a good effort. However, I honestly felt that the other meals were not worth eating; they were all very ordinary, haha (taste is subjective and for reference only). Thanks to this one-day tour, we were able to travel to and from the Furano area from the city on the same day. I think it's really cost-effective if you don't want to drive yourself, as you can rest and sleep comfortably on the bus, and visit so many attractions.

I like the itinerary, too bad there's no blue pond on July. I think Shinsikai Oka, Kamifurano and Tomita is nice but 3 farms on 1 day is a bit boring because they look quite similar in the end. But it's still a nice tour, highly recommended for first timer like me. Our tour guide Alex is the most chatty tour guide among others tour guide I've met in Japan. He's fluent in Japanese, Mandarin and English and gives a lot of good recommendations. I even saw him help other find her kids. Really nice and helpful. Btw, the bus is also nice and cool. In this summer, a cool bus is the best.
