Absolutely fantastic experience !! Our driver, Mr Ali, was a joy to be with !! He was really accommodating & an expert navigator !! We had last minute requests to add on the itinerary (additional charge which we dont mind ofcourse) & he knew how to get there and gave us the right information as well !! The desert, blue lake even had a professional photographer included in the package so our pictures turned out great !! The honey & coffee picking was short but fruitful especially for coffee lovers like us !! Tasted authentic coffee & learnt a lot from them !! Overall, this package is soo worth it !! Would love to have Mr Ali as our driver again if we happen to come back !! 🙏🏽

Hoewel het weer niet ideaal was en het hevig regende, waardoor we onze reisroute moesten aanpassen, heeft onze gids, Diki, uitstekend werk geleverd om het beste uit de dag te halen. Hij paste de plannen snel aan door een vroege lunch te regelen toen de regen het hevigst was, zodat we geen tijd verloren en toch van de reis konden genieten. De zandduin was een oude mijnlocatie. Een prachtige plek om foto's te maken. Dank ook aan de fotograaf!

Ik heb een fantastische tijd gehad tijdens de Bintan mangrove vuurvliegjestour. De boottocht was vredig, de gids was deskundig en het zien van de vuurvliegjes die de nacht verlichtten was magisch. Een ontspannende, onvergetelijke ervaring die ik graag nog eens zou doen.

Had a widnerful experience. Our Guide Mr Dona was amazing. Mr Dona was friendly and helpful. Mr Dona Advised us on the timings so we could have a full on experience without missing anything. Snorkeling was amazing, location and atmosphere was beautiful. Guides gave an exceptional service. GoPro photos are provided at no extra cost. Blue Lake and Dessert was fun. Alot of activities to be done (cost of activities such as ATV, Horse Riding, Owl Pics, Floating house etc is not included in the package but its worth the money). Seafood Lunch was delicious!

Ik koos voor het Mangrove tour + Snorkelen + Diner arrangement. De ophaalservice vanaf de accommodatie werd verzorgd door meneer Yurnalis. Hij was een geweldige chauffeur. Hij sprak Engels, was punctueel en attent op al onze verzoeken, en hij informeerde ons ook over de reistijd tussen de bestemmingen. Gids meneer Taufiq leidde onze Mangrove tour. Zijn tour was zeer leerzaam, hij spotte dieren voor ons en vertelde over de geschiedenis en het belang ervan voor het ecosysteem. Meneer Yurnalis reed ons vervolgens naar een kleine haven voor een korte boottocht naar een Kelong op zee. Bij de Kelong hebben we gesnorkeld, gevist en gekajakt! We kregen ook gratis cup noodles en drankjes. De gidsen op de Kelong waren allemaal vriendelijk, behulpzaam, geduldig en controleerden voortdurend of we het naar onze zin hadden. Ik heb echt genoten van het snorkelen, Abang Wandi gebruikte een GoPro om veel foto's en video's van ons te maken. Download de Insta360 app om gratis beelden te krijgen. Het diner was bij Bintan Seafood Brothers, het omvatte 3 bijgerechten + rijst + water. Zeer de moeite waard!

Just one day before we went to Bintan, I decided to book a day tour. This highly recommended day tour had caught my attention while I was searching in KLOOK. The company was very responsive; they contacted me shortly after I had made the booking. They assigned our job to Mr Wayan, who was our private tour guide and driver. To our surprise, Mr Wayan can speak English very well (and singlish too!). When we saw there was a long queue at the custom immgration, we requested to start our tour from the ferry terminal instead of the hotel, Mr Wayan was flexible and fetch us as per our request. Our itinerary - Mangrove tour (pay at site), 500 Lohan Temple, Vhihara Pagoda, Kelong Seafood, Souvenir shop (Kueh Lapis), Sand Dune and Blue Lake, Body Massage (pay at site). Mr Wayan is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, trustworthy, reliable and honest. This tour and Mr Wayan is highly recommended! We enjoyed every bit of the tour! Thank you!

Excellent! Our driver, Awa, not only drove us but also personally accompanied and guided us through Blue Lake and the ATV experience, which we requested. He even arranged for a colleague (from the same company, he mentioned) to take professional DSLR photos of us at Blue Lake, capturing some amazing shots. Everything was perfect, from the pickup at Tanjung Uban to the drop-off at the Indigo Lagoi IHG Hotel where we were staying.

went to the safari. not very big place , can walk or take a buggy ride. price is Abit costly though. eco farm is interesting but Abit short
