Satisfactory business hotel, clean beds and generally quiet. Breakfast is also satosfactory. A free shuttle is available at certain time intervals to bring you between the hotel and JR Nagano station.

the place is awesome!!!! japanese style accomodation and breakfast. We've experience snowy morning and were so happy and delighted. first time experience of the snow. Me and I are playing un the snow after we ate our breakfast.

It’s a very well located hotel, especially for the station and there is a 711 2 minutes away. The staff were very friendly and it was easy to check in. The rooms are a decent size by Japanese standards and although the decor is a bit dated everything was clean and in good working order. There are a good range of amenities such as nightwear, hairdryer, toiletries and extra amenities like toothbrushes available in the reception area. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. If you want to be near the station then it is an ideal option at a good price.
