Love the location and that it's a full service hotel. Connects directly to the train station and is a close proximity to the bus stations for the snow monkey and togakusi shrine. The airconditioner in the room though has dampened our stay. We were told because it's winter, there's no option for cooling.

location is conveniently located to Nagano station and it’s only 3mins walk to some local malls and your favorite Donki. Room was spacious and clean. Staff highly responsive to email and helpful while we were there. Definitely staying there again

This is barely a 5min walk from Nagano Station. There's even a connecting bridge on the 2nd floor. Thank you for the complimentary room upgrade by the hotel too. Totally enjoyed our stay there. Super convenient location - Donki is just across the road. If you're heading to Togakushi-Jinja, the Alpico bus stop is also just across the road next to the hotel.

some of the staff at front desk needs more training. like we asked for restaurant suggestions & the girl told me there is none. only to find out from another fellow that they have a map with all the suggested restaurants. location is great.
