I really liked the hotel and my room; it’s a real shame I arrived late and left early. I hope I’ll have another chance to visit Nagano, explore the area a bit more—because it’s absolutely beautiful—and stay at this hotel for a few days. The room wasn’t cramped, the windows offered a great view of the city, and the location was quite good. It’s a shame I didn’t know the hotel ran a shuttle service from the station. It was rather unpleasant to have to trudge through the heat to the hotel after a long day, only to find the shuttle waiting at the entrance.

it was almost like a typical stay at European hotel, all polite and nice but not exceeding the expectations in any way. the room was big though, that was the plus. breakfast was very mid, not worth it.

20 min walking distance from the Nagano station. hotel has a shuttle to and from the station. very useful if booking tour from snow monkey resort. pick up/drop off directly at the hotel

Satisfactory business hotel, clean beds and generally quiet. Breakfast is also satosfactory. A free shuttle is available at certain time intervals to bring you between the hotel and JR Nagano station.
