Sur le côté gauche, après avoir passé les portiques de billetterie de la gare de Nagano, vous pouvez voir l'hôtel immédiatement en sortant car il se trouve juste en face. L'enregistrement a été rapide, le personnel était aimable et les commodités sont disponibles dans le hall. La taille de la chambre n'est pas très grande, mais j'ai apprécié le savon et le shampoing offerts, ils étaient très agréables sur la peau et les cheveux. Ce qui rend cet endroit unique, c'est le contraste entre les deux côtés de la gare. Le côté de la sortie Est, où se trouve l'hôtel, est beaucoup plus calme la nuit, de nombreuses maisons éteignant leurs lumières tôt. D'un autre côté, le côté de la sortie Zenkoji (le côté droit du portique) est très animé et glamour. La ville semble avoir deux visages complètement différents ! Je suis très satisfait de l'accès facile à la gare et à la gare routière. De là, vous pouvez facilement prendre un bus pour la Route Alpine, Hakuba, Kamikochi ou le Parc aux singes de Jigokudani. Le temple Zenkoji est également à proximité, à environ 15 minutes à pied. La laverie automatique la plus proche est à un peu plus d'un kilomètre.

We stayed here with plans to visit Togakushi Shrine. While it's a short drive to Togakushi Shrine, the hotel's location in Nagano City made it easily accessible and very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel's parking lot was full, so we used a nearby affiliated parking lot. It was closer than we expected and didn't feel like an inconvenience at all. The staff at check-in were courteous, and the room was well-equipped with amenities like toner and lotion sets, as well as coffee and tea. The room was clean and comfortable. Two complimentary bottles of water were provided, but since the coffee was made using bottled water, one bottle was used for that, leaving us feeling a bit short on drinking water. However, the hotel also has vending machines for drinks and a coin laundry on the first floor, which seems convenient for longer stays. Zenko-ji Temple felt a bit far to walk to, so we drove, but it was very close by car and convenient for sightseeing. Despite the affordable price, the room was spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Excellent hôtel pour un séjour à Nagano. Proche de la gare, ils offrent de nombreux services gratuits, y compris des ramen le soir, une laverie et bien sûr un onsen.

Clean and room size not too small compared other hotel in Japan. the location is the best and walking distance to nagano station.

Celui-ci est assez proche de la gare JR et du terminal de bus. La chambre est un peu petite, faites attention aux bagages.

Excellent emplacement, avec accès direct à la gare de Nagano et au centre commercial Midori. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le personnel est serviable et aimable. Accès facile aux transports, aux boutiques et aux restaurants. Accès direct à la gare de Nagano, à la gare routière et au centre commercial Midori. Proche du temple Zenkoji et de la gare routière de Togakushi. À proximité de Don Quijote et de restaurants.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The lobby had a lovely, refreshing scent that immediately created a clean and welcoming atmosphere. I recommend traveling by car, as it makes exploring nearby attractions and establishments much easier. Buses are available, but their schedules are limited. The food was good and offered great value compared with other hotels we have tried in Nagano. Most of the front desk staff, especially the female and international staff, were warm, polite, and welcoming. Unfortunately, one Japanese male staff member appeared visibly annoyed while assisting us, which felt less welcoming. Despite this, our overall experience was positive. The hotel is comfortable, convenient, and offers good value for money.

I really liked the hotel and my room; it’s a real shame I arrived late and left early. I hope I’ll have another chance to visit Nagano, explore the area a bit more—because it’s absolutely beautiful—and stay at this hotel for a few days. The room wasn’t cramped, the windows offered a great view of the city, and the location was quite good. It’s a shame I didn’t know the hotel ran a shuttle service from the station. It was rather unpleasant to have to trudge through the heat to the hotel after a long day, only to find the shuttle waiting at the entrance.
