¡Lo pasamos de maravilla en el tour del Lago Azul y los Manglares en Bintan! Nuestro conductor, Atong, fue puntual, educado y parecía conocer a todo el mundo allá donde iba. También fue muy atento, ofreciéndonos paraguas bajo el sol abrasador. Nuestro guía de los manglares, Eddy, fue fantástico. Era entretenido, conocedor y tenía un ojo increíblemente agudo, ¡descubriendo vida silvestre desde lejos que fácilmente nos habríamos perdido! Después del tour por los manglares, Atong nos llevó al Lago Azul. Allí hay un fotógrafo que nos ayudó a tomar algunas fotos con su cámara y, poco después, las fotos nos fueron enviadas amablemente por AirDrop sin costo adicional. También optamos por el almuerzo adicional de $12, ¡definitivamente valió la pena! La variedad era generosa, sabrosa y la porción justa, aunque todavía terminamos con bastante comida sobrante. El viaje terminó con una breve parada en la tienda de recuerdos. En general, una experiencia muy agradable y memorable, ¡muy recomendable!

the best tour guide ever Pak/Mas Dika! Super friendly, understanding and comprehensive in the tour! We were spoilt with choices on which packages to choose and just selected this and Alhamdullilah we had the best guide to guide us along the way. We booked another private tour with him the next day for snorkelling, kayaking and fireflies activity and it was the most amazing experience and smoothest ride ever. He even took really good pictures for us without even asking and that’s the most sought out service ever. On top of that, he played my favourite songs Pop Punk genre throughout the rides which made the atmostphere more homely. I highly and definitely recommend Pak/Mas Dika when you’re planning to come to Bintan or for any tours as he’s the reliable, trustworthy and efficient. This aint a biased review honestly as we had a great time and tour with him! Hope to see you again Pak Dika and we’ll meet again soon!! 🩶😇 ASIKKKKK~

El Sr. Adrian fue un excelente guía turístico. Nos ayudó a tomar fotos muy bonitas e incluso ayudó a llevar a nuestros hijos mayores por las empinadas escaleras en las dunas. ¡También era muy conocedor! Muy afortunados de tenerlo como guía. El lugar era realmente hermoso y ¡definitivamente es una visita obligada! Tomé muchas fotos encantadoras y pintorescas y quedé impresionado por las dunas y los lagos azules. ¡No se pierda el lago verde también!

The day we had our trip tou our itinerary that day was only 2 of us. so there is no other customer so we had the whole car to ourself the whole day. the driver Anwar help us take various photo at different sites. we enjoy so much. The night firefly trip we didnt see much firefly. but we still had fun. we saw so many stars. romantic experience

Wayan shared interesting information about the local culture and places we visited, and he always made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. I saw on the news that Grab service is now available in Bintan, but it seems like the area is somewhat limited (because I turned on Grab in the middle and it said it wasn't available in that area). I felt a bit lost about how to find transportation, so I searched for a day tour and booked it urgently a day before, and I think it was an excellent choice. Because the guide was so, so great!! 🥳 I don't know if it's a random assignment or if only this guide is assigned, but the guide's name was Anwar, and communication was smooth via KakaoTalk even late at night. Before meeting, he carefully gave accurate pick-up location information again, the car was clean, and he prepared bottled water in the car in advance. Oh, and another great thing was that Anwar had a drone and even filmed with it! He said he wasn't a great expert, but I thought he was skilled enough to film, and he even let me fly the drone once, haha. I had a very enjoyable time. Originally, he explained the Chinese temple on the way to Blue Lake and said we'd stop by on the way back, but the last speedboat time was 6 pm, so we had to rush back ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋ I highly recommend it to anyone planning to go to Bintan!! It's a shame that I can't attach the video! Oh, and you have to get to Bintan Island on your own, and the tour starts from Bintan Island! There are many eagles or owls there, and it's okay to just take pictures, but it seems like you have to pay if you take pictures with them. I was scared, so I didn't do it, but those who are interested should keep that in mind, haha. I went to Blue Lake around 2-4 pm on a weekday, and it was nice because there were no people or sunlight, but they say Blue Lake looks bluer when there is sun. Well, I thought it was good enough.

The best and most romantic trip. Our driver, Dodi, was very kind and pleasant. We were able to communicate with him in English without any issues. He was also very punctual, and we had a very meaningful time. We also did a firefly tour in Kota Kinabalu, but it wasn't great because the ferry was too big, crowded, and chaotic. We were worried about the weather, but the Bintan mangrove tour was very quiet, and we were able to see fireflies that looked like Christmas trees. It was a very satisfying experience. Thank you to both Dodi and the tour guide.

Contratamos al conductor durante 2 días (4 horas cada día) y tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable. Fue muy complaciente tanto con los jóvenes como con los ancianos de nuestro grupo, siempre adaptándose a nuestras necesidades y peticiones. Sus consideradas recomendaciones nos facilitaron ver lo mejor de Bintan sin sentirnos presionados.
