During our recent stay, we were particularly impressed by the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their efforts made us feel welcome and special, and the service provided was warm and genuine. The facilities themselves, at least in the unit we occupied, were well-serviced and we were accommodated in many thoughtful ways by the team.
However, we did notice that the ceiling of our tent had accumulated mold, which should be addressed through proper cleaning and disinfection. Given the cost of the stay, we feel that such an issue does not reflect the level of condition that guests would reasonably expect.
Overall, while the staff and service were outstanding, attention to this maintenance matter would greatly enhance the quality and value of the experience.
