Our Chinese driver and tour guide, Xu Mingyu, was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He used a translation app to communicate with us and always made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the tour. We booked a package with 7 full days of touring and one free day to explore the city. The price was surprisingly affordable, but the experience exceeded our expectations from the very first day! The hotels were genuinely 4 💎 quality. Our accommodation in Kanas was more basic, as expected in a mountain area, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, we found all the accommodations relaxing and pleasant. Every destination was beautiful and peaceful. Tianchi, or Heavenly Lake, was my favorite, while Kanas was breathtaking despite the cold weather. The van is comfortable even during long drives. This tour offered excellent value for money and unforgettable memories. Highly recommended! We will definitely book with them again for our next Xinjiang adventure! ❤️

This was truly an exceptional trip. Our butler, Yushan, was extremely reliable. Every evening, she would post all the arrangements and precautions for the following day in the group chat, covering every detail with great care. A huge shout-out to our driver and tour guide, Team Leader Su! Not only does he have a great personality, but he is also a very steady driver. The itinerary was well-organized, and he actively checked in with us about our preferences, helped us take photos and videos, and had great aesthetic sense and skills. We chatted a lot along the way, which was very fun. Even during traffic jams and at crowded scenic spots, he took care of us to ensure we had the best possible experience. I imagine the experience would have been even better if we hadn't visited Northern Xinjiang during the National Day peak period. Overall, we are extremely satisfied. Team Leader Su even prepared photo props, snacks, and water for us, and gave everyone a little toy sheep. It was truly a wonderful trip. The last day of the trip happened to be my mom's birthday, and Team Leader Su quietly ordered a cake for her. It was so thoughtful and touching; my mom had a very happy and surprising birthday. It was wonderful, and the friends we met along the journey were also exceptionally kind people. Although there were traffic jams and crowded scenic spots, this was still an unforgettable and highly satisfying trip. Highly recommended, very reliable. We will definitely book our trip to Southern Xinjiang with you guys next year.

For my first trip to Xinjiang, I highly recommend this itinerary. The pickup and drop-off communication was very smooth, and the tour content was rich, allowing us to fully experience grasslands, White Sand Lake, glaciers, deserts, and ancient cities. Our driver, Mr. Aike, drove very steadily and even helped us record aerial videos. He took great care of us, and our fellow travelers were also very easy to get along with, always gathering on time. This trip left us with many precious memories.

Accommodation choice: We stayed in a cabin for three nights, and the conditions were much better than expected. It had heating, a washing machine, a dryer, and disposable toiletries, and some rooms even provided bathroom slippers. However, it is recommended to bring your own filtered showerhead and humidifier, as the water is quite hard, and while the room is warm, it is also dry. Itinerary: The whole trip was unhurried. The driver never rushed us to get to the next attraction, and he rode the shuttle bus with us the whole way and took us to the hotel. Attractions: We visited all the classic sights, and seeing just these is more than enough. Transportation choice: The 1+1 vehicle is truly comfortable, with independent small windows and heated, massaging seats. Even the back row is not uncomfortable at all.

I highly recommend this private tour, in 9 days we were able to appreciate the beauty of Xinjiang. I am still processing how unreal the places are. Truly grateful also to the most accomodating and patient driver, Mr.Lee, despite the language barrier we felt very taken care of by him.

The whole experience was amazing, initially I was a little skeptical as it is a newly added tour in klook, however, the operator guided me pre trip by providing detailed and swift replies on any queries that I had and did all the necessary paperwork/permits. My guide, Kevin was exceptionally accommodative and patient despite not being able to speak english fluently. He is passionate on his work and even put in the extra mile though constant engagement and providing all the information and help thoughout the trip. I believe he is the best guide you ever needed. This four-day trip to Nanjiang was an excellent opportunity to experience the Kashgar region of Xinjiang, in western China. I am especially grateful to the team leader who drove us and accompanied us for four days, starting with the pickup upon arrival. Traveling independently in the remote areas of China can be challenging, but the team leader efficiently guided us through the entire process. They provided daily itinerary updates in advance, confirmed pickup times, informed us of the next day's schedule, and even offered suggestions on what to wear. For high-altitude areas, they advised on sunscreen and dressing warmly. They showed great care and enthusiasm, ensuring we didn't have to worry about meals like lunch and dinner. The team leader drove safely and reliably, even on difficult roads, handling complex road conditions calmly and professionally, which made us feel very secure. As an excellent driver, they were familiar with all the attractions and provided professional and entertaining explanations. I am very thankful that they vividly and engagingly shared stories about Kashgar Ancient City, White Sand Lake, and the Panlong Ancient Road, which helped us achieve the purpose of this trip. They patiently accompanied us throughout the journey, actively helped us with our luggage, took beautiful photos, and recommended delicious local food. I was particularly satisfied that there was no mandatory shopping, which is often a part of package tours. Once again, I want to express my gratitude for the beautiful scenery, nature, and the kind team leader's on-site introductions during these four days.

It is rare to find such straightforward and decisive travel companions, and we laughed and chatted all the way. The driver was exceptionally nice and worked very hard, explaining the general background of the attractions along the way and flexibly adjusting the pace based on time and weather to ensure we could see the most beautiful scenery. The driver even helped us shoot drone videos, and at many attractions, we filmed funny, impromptu group creative shots like sudden leaps. Although there were occasional instances of missed ticket purchases along the way, the travel agency handled and resolved them properly and quickly. Overall, excluding the two days for travel to and from Xinjiang, the eight full days of the trip were quite tiring, but also extremely enjoyable. I am so glad we chose the 1+1 first-class tour bus; otherwise, spending so long in the car every day would have made it very difficult to relieve the fatigue. I am very grateful to have had such a wonderful driver and groupmates.

Great experience overall! The other travelers in the group were a wonderful match, and the itinerary was very reasonably planned—not too exhausting, nor did it feel like a rushed, whistle-stop tour. Our guide and driver, Li Le, was exceptionally wonderful. He accompanied us the entire way, took photos for us at any time, and was super responsible. His driving skills are top-notch, ensuring a smooth and safe journey throughout.
