Xinjiang

It took weeks for me to finalize this tour, and with the help of my agent, I came up with this amazing customized day tour, especially since I was traveling alone and would cover all the expenses. Turpan was freaking hot! So the tour there is not for DIY. You must get a private car since the attractions are not nearby each other. My driver picked me up in a Pink Tesla, and I was so happy since it is my favorite color! The driver spoke little English, so it wasn't hard for me to talk to him. He had been my tour guide as well and was very gentlemanly and thoughtful. I almost had a heatstroke in Kumtag Desert, but with the help of my driver, I survived. I experienced the hottest part of China, and I survived the heat!!! I'm so happy I got this tour. Worth the price! Everything was well prepared for me. I felt safe also. Klook is very reliable, and people in China have been good to me. Guys, come visit Xinjiang!

The scenery was beautiful, the itinerary was well-planned, and there were no hidden fees. The accommodations were all arranged perfectly, with all amenities provided. Our driver, Master Liu Jia, was an excellent driver; we didn't feel carsick even on mountain roads. He was punctual throughout the trip, and the car was clean and tidy. He even provided water, yogurt, and snacks in the car, and we had plenty of time to explore each attraction. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

This trip allowed me to appreciate the magnificent scenery of nature. However, please be aware that symptoms of altitude sickness may occur. Our driver, Ma Lei, was truly a remarkable person—my gratitude towards him is beyond words. I felt incredibly honored to travel with him. Ms. Kaixin, who was in charge of picking us up at the airport, welcomed us like family and took care of us until the end of our trip. The hotel was also excellent. Overall, the trip was very well-organized; Ms. Kaixin, driver Ma Lei, and the manager who oversaw the entire trip were all outstanding.

This tour is a good introduction to North Xinjiang for first-time visitors. However, be prepared for long hours on the road. That said, the overall experience depends a lot on the driver-guide. I didn't appreciate being directed to expensive restaurants instead of being given a choice. On my last day, the airport driver insisted I leave the hotel early because of traffic but there was none. I arrived at the airport 3.5 hours before my flight, apparently because the driver had another booking. Overall, the scenery made the trip worthwhile, but I hope the company gives guests more flexibility and puts customers' convenience first.

For my first trip to Xinjiang, I highly recommend this itinerary. The pickup and drop-off communication was very smooth, and the tour content was rich, allowing us to fully experience grasslands, White Sand Lake, glaciers, deserts, and ancient cities. Our driver, Mr. Aike, drove very steadily and even helped us record aerial videos. He took great care of us, and our fellow travelers were also very easy to get along with, always gathering on time. This trip left us with many precious memories.

I highly recommend this private tour. In 9 days, we were able to appreciate the beauty of Xinjiang. I am still processing how unreal the places are. I am also truly grateful to the most accommodating and patient driver, Mr. Lee. Despite the language barrier, we felt very well taken care of by him.

The six-day trip to Southern Xinjiang concluded perfectly. The beautiful and majestic scenery of the Pamir Plateau speaks for itself. We were very lucky to meet our treasure of a driver, Brother Yang, also known as Brother Eggplant. His driving skills were superb and steady, and he planned the route efficiently, saving us time. He drove smoothly and safely on both the Panlong Ancient Road and the Tasha Ancient Road, making us feel completely secure. He was humble and patient, never rushing us, and was also familiar with the local customs and culture. We had a very pleasant time chatting with him. Next time we come, we will definitely look for him again, hahaha.

Initially, I was hesitant because there was only one review. However, the service I received exceeded all my expectations. Deng Deng provided truly outstanding service—fast responses, excellent communication, detailed information, and a strong sense of responsibility. My tour package was upgraded, the hotel accommodations were all excellent, the van was comfortable, and the driver was friendly and experienced. As a Muslim traveler, my meal allowance was refunded, which I greatly appreciated. This was truly an affordable tour package that delivered an extraordinary and unforgettable experience.
