El nostre conductor i guia turístic xinès, Xu Mingyu, va ser amable, servicial i complaent. Va utilitzar una aplicació de traducció per comunicar-se amb nosaltres i sempre es va assegurar que estiguéssim còmodes i contents durant tot el recorregut. Vam reservar un paquet amb 7 dies complets de recorregut i un dia lliure per explorar la ciutat. El preu va ser sorprenentment assequible, però l'experiència va superar les nostres expectatives des del primer dia! Els hotels eren de qualitat genuïna de 4 💎. El nostre allotjament a Kanas era més bàsic, com era d'esperar en una zona de muntanya, però l'habitació estava neta i el llit era còmode. En general, vam trobar tots els allotjaments relaxants i agradables. Cada destinació era bonica i tranquil·la. Tianchi, o Llac Celestial, va ser el meu preferit, mentre que Kanas era impressionant malgrat el fred. La furgoneta és còmoda fins i tot durant els trajectes llargs. A one-day tour to Heavenly Lake of Tianshan is hassle-free with punctual pick-up and drop-off. The lake boasts stunning scenery, where snow-capped mountains mirror the lake like a picturesque painting. The tour guide is thoughtful and informative. There’s plenty of time for sightseeing. No shopping stops throughout the trip, making it relaxing and well worth visiting

This was truly an exceptional trip. Our butler, Yushan, was extremely reliable. Every evening, she would post all the arrangements and precautions for the following day in the group chat, covering every detail with great care. A huge shout-out to our driver and tour guide, Team Leader Su! Not only does he have a great personality, but he is also a very steady driver. The itinerary was well-organized, and he actively checked in with us about our preferences, helped us take photos and videos, and had great aesthetic sense and skills. We chatted a lot along the way, which was very fun. Even during traffic jams and at crowded scenic spots, he took care of us to ensure we had the best possible experience. I imagine the experience would have been even better if we hadn't visited Northern Xinjiang during the National Day peak period. Overall, we are extremely satisfied. Team Leader Su even prepared photo props, snacks, and water for us, and gave everyone a little toy sheep. It was truly a wonderful trip. The last day of the trip happened to be my mom's birthday, and Team Leader Su quietly ordered a cake for her. It was so thoughtful and touching; my mom had a very happy and surprising birthday. It was wonderful, and the friends we met along the journey were also exceptionally kind people. Although there were traffic jams and crowded scenic spots, this was still an unforgettable and highly satisfying trip. Highly recommended, very reliable. We will definitely book our trip to Southern Xinjiang with you guys next year.

Excellent! WeChat is a must. Scan your passport at the ticket gate. Met the guide at Turpan Station. Communication was done using WeChat's translation feature. We had an 8-seater van with USB charging sockets, and paid an additional 170 yuan (for camels, desert entry, and village visit). We went to the Flaming Mountains photo spot, then rode camels, tasted watermelon, had lunch at a folk village for 25 yuan, explored the village, walked in the desert (off-road vehicles and other options available), and then headed to the station. We were scheduled to arrive around 10:30 PM, but got there before 9:00 PM and were able to switch to an earlier train. There's a cafeteria at Turpan Station.

M'ho vaig passar molt bé amb aquesta excursió. El conductor, el senyor Zhang, va ser puntual i atent. La zona paisatgística estava en obres en diversos llocs. El trajecte en telefèric per arribar a la muntanya no estava inclòs en l'entrada, però el conductor em va ajudar a fer la compra. L'entrada són 200 iuans més i val la pena l'experiència per arribar al cim.

Per a la primera vegada que visiteu Xinjiang, recomano molt aquest itinerari. La comunicació per a la recollida i el lliurament va ser molt fluida, el contingut és ric, i vam gaudir de prats, el llac Baisha, glaceres, deserts i ciutats antigues. El conductor, el senyor Aike, va conduir de manera molt segura i fins i tot ens va fer un vídeo amb dron. Ens va cuidar molt bé, i els companys de viatge també eren molt agradables. Tothom es va reunir a temps, i aquest viatge ens va deixar records molt valuosos.

Accommodation choice: We stayed in a cabin for three nights, and the conditions were much better than expected. It had heating, a washing machine, a dryer, and disposable toiletries, and some rooms even provided bathroom slippers. However, it is recommended to bring your own filtered showerhead and humidifier, as the water is quite hard, and while the room is warm, it is also dry. Itinerary: The whole trip was unhurried. The driver never rushed us to get to the next attraction, and he rode the shuttle bus with us the whole way and took us to the hotel. Attractions: We visited all the classic sights, and seeing just these is more than enough. Transportation choice: The 1+1 vehicle is truly comfortable, with independent small windows and heated, massaging seats. Even the back row is not uncomfortable at all.

Recomano molt aquesta excursió privada; en 9 dies vam poder apreciar la bellesa de Xinjiang. Encara estic assimilant com d'irreal són els llocs. Molt agraïda també al conductor més complaent i pacient, el Sr. Lee; malgrat la barrera lingüística, ens vam sentir molt ben atesos per ell.
