Vam tornar del viatge de 10 dies a Xinjiang. Vaig reservar els bitllets d'avió jo mateix, però no tenia ni idea de l'itinerari, així que vaig consultar Klook. La resposta va ser molt ràpida, i després que el servei d'atenció al client em preguntés les meves necessitats aproximades, em van preparar un itinerari. Els allotjaments que van organitzar van ser satisfactoris. Abans de marxar, el majordom va organitzar el conductor, el mestre Liu, que ens va cuidar molt bé durant tot el viatge. Ens va ajudar amb totes les nostres necessitats i, mentre conduïa, estava atent a l'entorn. Quan veia un paisatge bonic, ens deixava parar per fer fotos. El majordom també ens recordava cada nit quin era l'itinerari de l'endemà i què havíem de tenir en compte. També estava atent al temps i a les condicions del trànsit locals. Quan es preveia mal temps, ens ho consultava amb antelació i proposava canvis en l'itinerari, evitant així la tempesta de neu i el tancament de la carretera de Duku. 👍🏻

Our first trip to Ili, Xinjiang, an eight-day, seven-night journey, has come to a perfect end. The scenery along the way was absolutely stunning, and the entire experience was fantastic. I sincerely thank Klook's travel consultant for planning the trip, and our tour leader Liu Zhou and concierge Yu Shan for their thoughtful care throughout! Our tour leader, Liu Zhou, was professional and meticulous. At each scenic spot, he provided detailed explanations of the local customs and culture. He even proactively took us to lesser-known attractions not on our itinerary, which led to many wonderful surprises. Every day, he prepared fresh fruit, including sweet and soft 'Old Man' melons, pre-cut and distributed to everyone – such heartwarming attention to detail. The distances between attractions in Xinjiang are long, with many winding mountain roads. Liu Zhou's driving skills were steady and experienced, earning a thousand thumbs up! We never felt tired even during long drives, and we felt completely safe the entire time. Our online concierge, Yu Shan, was also very responsible, providing daily updates on the next day's itinerary in advance and carefully reminding us about important travel considerations like clothing, sun protection, and road conditions. Both of them provided attentive companionship throughout the trip, making it worry-free and pleasant. This Ili trip was comfortable and unforgettable, and I highly recommend it!

The itinerary included punctual pick-up and departure. The local guide was very clear about the optional activities and the route. We had ample time at Tianchi Lake in Tianshan, and the scenery was beautiful. After the tour, we returned to the city on time. This is quite convenient for those looking to join a day trip.

This tour is a good introduction to North Xinjiang for first-time visitors. However, be prepared for long hours on the road. That said, the overall experience depends a lot on the driver-guide. I didn't appreciate being directed to expensive restaurants instead of being given a choice. On my last day, the airport driver insisted I leave the hotel early because of traffic but there was none. I arrived at the airport 3.5 hours before my flight, apparently because the driver had another booking. Overall, the scenery made the trip worthwhile, but I hope the company gives guests more flexibility and puts customers' convenience first.

Recomano molt aquesta excursió privada; en 9 dies vam poder apreciar la bellesa de Xinjiang. Encara estic assimilant com d'irreal són els llocs. Molt agraïda també al conductor més complaent i pacient, el Sr. Lee; malgrat la barrera lingüística, ens vam sentir molt ben atesos per ell.

Our six-day trip to Southern Xinjiang concluded perfectly. The beautiful and majestic scenery of the Pamir Plateau speaks for itself. We were incredibly lucky to meet our treasure of a driver, Brother Yang, also known as Brother Eggplant. His driving skills were excellent and steady, and he planned our route efficiently, saving us time. He navigated the Panlong Ancient Road and Tasha Ancient Road smoothly and safely, making us feel completely secure. He was humble and patient, never rushing us, and was very knowledgeable about the local customs and culture. We had wonderful conversations together. Next time we visit, we'll definitely look for him again, haha!

We truly appreciate the travel agency's service in Southern Xinjiang. Our guide, Xiao Hui, was incredibly attentive, keeping us updated daily on our itinerary and important details via WeChat. Our driver, Ya Dong, was excellent; he was completely accommodating to our frequent requests to stop for photos, even though it affected his schedule and rest time, and he never complained. He also took us to try delicious and affordable local food. The airport transfer driver, Xiao Huang, was very punctual and engaging. The only area for improvement was the late communication regarding the itinerary contact person. We only received notification from Southern Xinjiang two days before departure. I tried to contact Klook, but it was difficult to find their contact information. It would be much better to receive this information a week before departure, as it allows for proper planning. Overall, I would recommend this tour to friends. All the attractions we visited were absolutely stunning.
