Our Chinese driver and tour guide, Xu Mingyu, was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He used a translation app to communicate with us and always made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the tour. We booked a package with 7 full days of touring and one free day to explore the city. The price was surprisingly affordable, but the experience exceeded our expectations from the very first day! The hotels were genuinely 4 💎 quality. Our accommodation in Kanas was more basic, as expected in a mountain area, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, we found all the accommodations relaxing and pleasant. Every destination was beautiful and peaceful. Tianchi, or Heavenly Lake, was my favorite, while Kanas was breathtaking despite the cold weather. The van is comfortable even during long drives. This tour offered excellent value for money and unforgettable memories. Highly recommended! We will definitely book with them again for our next Xinjiang adventure! ❤️

Een eendaagse tour naar het Hemelse Meer van Tianshan verloopt zorgeloos met stipte ophaal- en afzetdiensten. Het meer biedt een prachtig uitzicht, waar besneeuwde bergen zich als een schilderachtig tafereel in het water weerspiegelen. De reisleider is attent en informatief. Er is ruimschoots de tijd om te bezichtigen. Geen winkeltstops tijdens de reis, wat het ontspannen en absoluut de moeite waard maakt.

Een 8-persoons busje met oplaadmogelijkheid via USB-aansluiting, aparte betaling van 170 yuan (voor kamelen, toegang tot de woestijn en het dorp). Fotolocatie Flaming Mountains - kamelen - watermeloen proeven - lunch in het folkloristische dorp, 25 yuan betalen - dorp verkennen - wandeling door de woestijn (optioneel met terreinwagen enz.) - station. Het was gepland rond 22:30 uur, maar we waren er vóór 21:00 uur en konden omboeken naar een eerdere trein. Er is een kantine op het station van Turpan.

This was truly an exceptional trip. Our butler, Yushan, was extremely reliable. Every evening, she would post all the arrangements and precautions for the following day in the group chat, covering every detail with great care. A huge shout-out to our driver and tour guide, Team Leader Su! Not only does he have a great personality, but he is also a very steady driver. The itinerary was well-organized, and he actively checked in with us about our preferences, helped us take photos and videos, and had great aesthetic sense and skills. We chatted a lot along the way, which was very fun. Even during traffic jams and at crowded scenic spots, he took care of us to ensure we had the best possible experience. I imagine the experience would have been even better if we hadn't visited Northern Xinjiang during the National Day peak period. Overall, we are extremely satisfied. Team Leader Su even prepared photo props, snacks, and water for us, and gave everyone a little toy sheep. It was truly a wonderful trip. The last day of the trip happened to be my mom's birthday, and Team Leader Su quietly ordered a cake for her. It was so thoughtful and touching; my mom had a very happy and surprising birthday. It was wonderful, and the friends we met along the journey were also exceptionally kind people. Although there were traffic jams and crowded scenic spots, this was still an unforgettable and highly satisfying trip. Highly recommended, very reliable. We will definitely book our trip to Southern Xinjiang with you guys next year.

Great experience overall! The other travelers in the group were a wonderful match, and the itinerary was very reasonably planned—not too exhausting, nor did it feel like a rushed, whistle-stop tour. Our guide and driver, Li Le, was exceptionally wonderful. He accompanied us the entire way, took photos for us at any time, and was super responsible. His driving skills are top-notch, ensuring a smooth and safe journey throughout.

I had a great time with this tour. The driver Mr. Zhang was prompt and attentive. The scenic area was under construction at multiple places. The cable car ride to get to the mountain was not included in the ticket, but the driver helped me to make the purchase. The ticket is another 200 yuan and worth the experience to reach the summit.

worth the money spent. Everything was accurate and our tour guide (Rukya was amazingly knowledgeable in her area and supportive as our Mandarin is Limited. All are well arranged with clear instructions and expectations.
