I was very satisfied with the service this time. From the beginning, when planning the itinerary, Sally was very patient in answering questions and creating the schedule. I was also very pleased with all the accommodations arranged for this trip. The accommodations shown in the pictures are all guesthouses, which were clean, tidy, and comfortable. I was also very satisfied with the housekeeper, Eleven, and the driver, Master Meng, who were arranged for this trip. Housekeeper Eleven kept us informed about weather changes throughout the itinerary, and when our first hotel was fully booked, she promptly notified us and provided two alternative hotel options, allowing us to choose our preferred one for booking. When the trip began, Klook also prepared thoughtful gifts for us. Master Meng, our driver, had a kind and friendly demeanor, provided meticulous service, and was very responsible. He drove smoothly and safely, and even thoughtfully prepared snacks for us. He also explained the attractions, local specialty foods, customs, and traditions along the way, making the entire trip feel very secure and comfortable. What was a pleasant surprise was that the driver knew we would be taking wedding photos and prepared 'double happiness' decorations for us. On one day of the trip, it was a birthday, and the housekeeper and driver prepared a birthday dinner and cake for us, which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this customized itinerary and their services.

The itinerary arranged for this trip was truly classic, ensuring ample time to fully experience all the highlights rather than just rushing through, while also avoiding backtracking. It proved that departing in mid-May, with good weather, the stunning glacier lakes and grasslands along the way make the trip absolutely worthwhile. Special thanks for the entire journey go to our driver and tour leader, Li Jiandong. Despite his youth, he meticulously cared for every aspect of the trip and every group member. His driving was exceptionally steady, and his self-prepared pour-over coffee added a delightful surprise to our travels. Thanks also to our concierge, Tingting, who proactively sent daily highlights of attractions, along with weather and clothing recommendations, and hotel information for the day – her attention to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend this to anyone who dislikes planning but still demands a high-quality travel experience.

Deze reis naar Noord-Xinjiang was echt zo leuk en ontspannend, ik moet chauffeur Ma Xiaole en reismanager Xiaofu echt prijzen, ze zijn allebei super betrouwbaar en attent! Onderweg zorgde meester Xiaole echt uitstekend voor ons; hij hielp ons proactief met onze bagage in- en uitladen, ongeacht hoeveel we hadden, hij was altijd erg enthousiast en een super aardig persoon. Bij elk hotel controleerde hij speciaal de apparatuur in onze kamer om te zien of er problemen waren, en pas als hij zeker wist dat alles in orde was, liet hij ons erin. De aandacht voor detail was echt top, en we voelden ons meteen veilig! Xiaole's persoonlijkheid is ook geweldig, vrolijk en enthousiast. Onderweg was er veel gelach en gepraat, de sfeer was uitstekend en het voelde nooit ongemakkelijk of saai. Hij hielp ons ook heel enthousiast met het maken van veel mooie foto's en gaf ons op elke locatie aanbevelingen voor heerlijk eten en leuke plekken waar de lokale bevolking ook graag komt! Ik moet ook reismanager Xiaofu prijzen, ze is echt zo zorgvuldig en hartverwarmend! Onderweg stuurde ze ons constant allerlei praktische reistips, ze was altijd bezorgd om ons en herinnerde ons van tevoren aan temperatuurveranderingen ter plaatse, zodat we op tijd kleding konden aanpassen, echt heel attent. Toen we problemen hadden met onze accommodatie tijdens de reis, reageerde Xiaofu supersnel. Ze nam onmiddellijk contact op met de lokale accommodatie, hielp ons geduldig met communiceren en de situatie te begrijpen, en handelde snel en zorgvuldig, ze dacht de hele tijd aan ons! We hadden zoveel geluk dat we meester Xiaole en de attente manager Xiaofu op deze reis hebben ontmoet. Deze reis was bijzonder ontspannend en leuk! De volgende keer dat ik naar de Grote Steppe ga, wil ik ze weer ontmoeten in Noord-Xinjiang!!

I highly recommend this private tour, in 9 days we were able to appreciate the beauty of Xinjiang. I am still processing how unreal the places are. Truly grateful also to the most accomodating and patient driver, Mr.Lee, despite the language barrier we felt very taken care of by him.

Our six-day trip to Southern Xinjiang concluded perfectly. The beautiful and majestic scenery of the Pamir Plateau speaks for itself. We were incredibly lucky to meet our treasure of a driver, Brother Yang, also known as Brother Eggplant. His driving skills were excellent and steady, and he planned our route efficiently, saving us time. He navigated the Panlong Ancient Road and Tasha Ancient Road smoothly and safely, making us feel completely secure. He was humble and patient, never rushing us, and was very knowledgeable about the local customs and culture. We had wonderful conversations together. Next time we visit, we'll definitely look for him again, haha!

Onze gids, broeder Yang Wei, was geweldig! Geweldig! Super goed!!! Hij hielp met het verplaatsen van al onze rommelige bagage, de auto reed heel soepel en er was geen ongemak onderweg, hij bracht ons naar schone toiletten en vertelde ons, op basis van de route, welke plekken minder druk en mooier waren, en hij nam erg mooie foto's van ons. Omdat hij wist dat we uit Guangdong kwamen, paste hij de afspeellijst stilletjes aan naar meer jeugdige en Kantonese nummers. Op de laatste dag herinnerde hij zich zelfs onze voorkeur voor koffie en trakteerde hij ons op koffie (dankbaar T_T) en drankjes! Hij zorgde de hele reis op een subtiele manier voor ons, echt heel erg bedankt! De algehele route was redelijk gepland en alle items die in de boeking werden genoemd, werden uitgevoerd. Er was één overnachting waarbij de lokale reisorganisatie de verkeerde accommodatie had geregeld, maar dit werd gecompenseerd. Ik hoop dat de volgende keer de communicatie zorgvuldiger zal verlopen.

At first, I was hesitant because there was only one review. However, the service I received exceeded all my expectations. Deng Deng provided truly outstanding service—fast responses, excellent communication, detailed information, and a strong sense of responsibility. My tour package was upgraded, the hotel accommodations were all excellent, the van was comfortable, and the driver was friendly and experienced. As a Muslim traveler, my meal allowance was refunded, which I greatly appreciated. This was truly an affordable tour package that delivered an extraordinary and unforgettable experience.

This trip allowed me to appreciate the magnificent scenery of nature. However, please be aware that symptoms of altitude sickness may occur. Our driver, Ma Lei, was truly a remarkable person—my gratitude towards him is beyond words. I felt incredibly honored to travel with him. Ms. Kaixin, who was in charge of picking us up at the airport, welcomed us like family and took care of us until the end of our trip. The hotel was also excellent. Overall, the trip was very well-organized; Ms. Kaixin, driver Ma Lei, and the manager who oversaw the entire trip were all outstanding.

We truly appreciate the travel agency's service in Southern Xinjiang. Our guide, Xiao Hui, was incredibly attentive, keeping us updated daily on our itinerary and important details via WeChat. Our driver, Ya Dong, was excellent; he was completely accommodating to our frequent requests to stop for photos, even though it affected his schedule and rest time, and he never complained. He also took us to try delicious and affordable local food. The airport transfer driver, Xiao Huang, was very punctual and engaging. The only area for improvement was the late communication regarding the itinerary contact person. We only received notification from Southern Xinjiang two days before departure. I tried to contact Klook, but it was difficult to find their contact information. It would be much better to receive this information a week before departure, as it allows for proper planning. Overall, I would recommend this tour to friends. All the attractions we visited were absolutely stunning.
