I've returned from my 10-day trip to Xinjiang. I booked my own flights but had no idea about the itinerary, so I contacted Klook. They responded very quickly. After the customer service representative asked about my general requirements, they helped me create an itinerary. I was satisfied with the accommodations they arranged. Before departure, the concierge arranged for our driver, Master Liu. Master Liu took great care of us throughout the trip, helping us with any needs we had. He also paid attention to the surroundings while driving, and whenever he saw a beautiful view, he would let us stop to take photos. The concierge also reminded us each night about the next day's itinerary and what to pay attention to. They also monitored local weather and traffic conditions. When bad weather was anticipated, they discussed it with us in advance and suggested changes to the itinerary, ultimately helping us avoid heavy snow and road closures on the Duku Highway. 👍🏻

প্রথমবার জিনজিয়াং ইলি ভ্রমণ করলাম, আট দিন সাত রাতের এই যাত্রা সফলভাবে শেষ হলো। পুরো পথ জুড়ে ছিল অসাধারণ প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য, আর পুরো ভ্রমণের অভিজ্ঞতা ছিল দারুণ। ক্লুক-এর ট্র্যাভেল কনসালট্যান্টের ভ্রমণ পরিকল্পনা এবং আমাদের সাথে থাকা ট্যুর লিডার লিউ ঝোউ ও বাটলার ইউ শান-এর আন্তরিক যত্নের জন্য আমি সত্যিই কৃতজ্ঞ! ট্যুর লিডার লিউ ঝোউ ছিলেন অত্যন্ত পেশাদার এবং যত্নশীল। প্রতিটি দর্শনীয় স্থানে তিনি স্থানীয় সংস্কৃতি ও ঐতিহ্য সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত ব্যাখ্যা দিতেন। তিনি আমাদের ভ্রমণসূচির বাইরেও কিছু অপ্রচলিত স্থানে নিয়ে গিয়েছিলেন, যা ছিল দারুণ চমকপ্রদ। প্রতিদিন তিনি তাজা ফল প্রস্তুত রাখতেন, বিশেষ করে মিষ্টি ও নরম লাওহান তরমুজ আগে থেকেই কেটে আমাদের মধ্যে বিতরণ করতেন, যা ছিল খুবই আন্তরিক একটি বিষয়। জিনজিয়াং-এর দর্শনীয় স্থানগুলোর মধ্যে দূরত্ব অনেক বেশি এবং অনেক আঁকাবাঁকা পাহাড়ি রাস্তা রয়েছে। লিউ ঝোউ-এর ড্রাইভিং ছিল অত্যন্ত মসৃণ ও অভিজ্ঞতাপূর্ণ, যা এক হাজার প্রশংসা পাওয়ার যোগ্য 👍👍। দীর্ঘ সময় গাড়িতে থাকলেও ক্লান্তি অনুভব হয়নি, পুরোটা সময়ই নিরাপদ মনে হয়েছে। অনলাইন বাটলার ইউ শানও ছিলেন অত্যন্ত দায়িত্বশীল। প্রতিদিন তিনি পরের দিনের ভ্রমণসূচি আগে থেকেই জানিয়ে দিতেন এবং পোশাক, সানস্ক্রিন, রাস্তার অবস্থা ইত্যাদি ভ্রমণের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়গুলো সম্পর্কে সতর্ক করতেন। এই দুজন পুরোটা সময় আমাদের সাথে ছিলেন এবং তাদের আন্তরিক সঙ্গের কারণে পুরো ভ্রমণটি ছিল ঝামেলামুক্ত ও আরামদায়ক। ইলি-এর এই ভ্রমণটি ছিল আনন্দদায়ক এবং অবিস্মরণীয়, আমি এটি জোরালোভাবে সুপারিশ করছি!

This tour is a good introduction to North Xinjiang for first-time visitors. However, be prepared for long hours on the road. That said, the overall experience depends a lot on the driver-guide. I didn't appreciate being directed to expensive restaurants instead of being given a choice. On my last day, the airport driver insisted I leave the hotel early because of traffic but there was none. I arrived at the airport 3.5 hours before my flight, apparently because the driver had another booking. Overall, the scenery made the trip worthwhile, but I hope the company gives guests more flexibility and puts customers' convenience first.

Our six-day trip to Southern Xinjiang concluded perfectly. The beautiful and majestic scenery of the Pamir Plateau speaks for itself. We were incredibly lucky to meet our treasure of a driver, Brother Yang, also known as Brother Eggplant. His driving skills were excellent and steady, and he planned our route efficiently, saving us time. He navigated the Panlong Ancient Road and Tasha Ancient Road smoothly and safely, making us feel completely secure. He was humble and patient, never rushing us, and was very knowledgeable about the local customs and culture. We had wonderful conversations together. Next time we visit, we'll definitely look for him again, haha!

Our trip to Northern Xinjiang was truly wonderful and relaxing! I have to give a big shout-out to Master Ma Xiaole and our travel butler, Xiao Fu; both of them were incredibly reliable and thoughtful! Master Xiaole took such meticulous care of us throughout the journey. He always proactively helped us with our luggage when getting in and out of the car, no matter how much we had. He's such a great person. At every hotel, he would specifically help us check the room's facilities to ensure everything was in order before letting us settle in. His attention to detail was incredible, making us feel completely safe and secure! Xiaole also has a fantastic personality—he's cheerful and enthusiastic. We had so much fun chatting and laughing along the way; there was never an awkward or dull moment. He was also incredibly kind and helped us take many beautiful photos. At each location, he recommended many delicious local eateries and fun places that even locals frequent! I also have to commend our travel butler, Xiao Fu; she was truly meticulous and warm-hearted! She constantly sent us various practical travel tips throughout the trip, always checking in on us. She would even remind us in advance about local temperature changes so we could adjust our clothing accordingly, which was incredibly thoughtful. When we encountered issues with our accommodation during the trip, Xiao Fu responded very quickly. She immediately helped us contact the local accommodation, patiently communicated and understood the situation, and handled everything promptly and securely. She was always thinking of us! We were so lucky to have met Master Xiaole and the thoughtful butler Xiao Fu on this trip. We felt so relaxed and happy! For our next grassland adventure, I'll definitely be looking to travel with them again in Northern Xinjiang!

We truly appreciate the travel agency's service in Southern Xinjiang. Our guide, Xiao Hui, was incredibly attentive, keeping us updated daily on our itinerary and important details via WeChat. Our driver, Ya Dong, was excellent; he was completely accommodating to our frequent requests to stop for photos, even though it affected his schedule and rest time, and he never complained. He also took us to try delicious and affordable local food. The airport transfer driver, Xiao Huang, was very punctual and engaging. The only area for improvement was the late communication regarding the itinerary contact person. We only received notification from Southern Xinjiang two days before departure. I tried to contact Klook, but it was difficult to find their contact information. It would be much better to receive this information a week before departure, as it allows for proper planning. Overall, I would recommend this tour to friends. All the attractions we visited were absolutely stunning.

Our driver, Yang Wei, was absolutely fantastic! Incredibly and super good!!! He helped us carry all sorts of luggage, drove very steadily without any discomfort along the way, took us to clean restrooms, and on top of the itinerary, he told us where the scenery was less crowded and more beautiful. He took very nice photos for us and, knowing we were from Guangdong, quietly adjusted the playlist to be more youthful and Cantonese. On the last day, he even remembered our coffee preferences and bought us coffee (touched TUT) and drinks! He took care of us along the way in a subtle and thoughtful manner. We are truly very, very grateful! The overall itinerary was well-arranged, and all the items mentioned in the order were fulfilled. There was a mistake with the accommodation one night by the local travel agency, but they provided compensation. We hope that future communication can be more careful.

The Ili small loop tour has successfully concluded, and we've safely returned to Urumqi! The scenery at Sayram Lake, Qiaxi, Nalati, and the Baili Gallery was absolutely stunning. The accommodation was also great! Most importantly, our driver, Wang Jiawei, is an excellent driver; he navigated the mountain roads very smoothly, making the entire trip safe and reliable! Highly recommended!

Our trip to Xinjiang was absolutely wonderful and relaxing. Our tour leader, Suo Haoyin, was fantastic! He's an excellent driver and incredibly thoughtful (thanks to his help, my delayed luggage issue was resolved smoothly). The itinerary was perfectly planned, and I especially loved the small group tour format, which allowed us to explore the attractions at a leisurely pace.
