Our Chinese driver and tour guide, Xu Mingyu, was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He used a translation app to communicate with us and always made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the tour. We booked a package with 7 full days of touring and one free day to explore the city. The price was surprisingly affordable, but the experience exceeded our expectations from the very first day! The hotels were genuinely 4 💎 quality. Our accommodation in Kanas was more basic, as expected in a mountain area, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, we found all the accommodations relaxing and pleasant. Every destination was beautiful and peaceful. Tianchi, or Heavenly Lake, was my favorite, while Kanas was breathtaking despite the cold weather. The van is comfortable even during long drives. This tour offered excellent value for money and unforgettable memories. Highly recommended! We will definitely book with them again for our next Xinjiang adventure! ❤️

The place is incredibly beautiful and grand, with pleasant, cool weather. Everything was great. I'd like to suggest a small improvement for the guides to make it perfect: offer each activity separately. Initially, I thought I had to buy a complete set of pre-arranged activities, but when I arrived, I found I could purchase them individually. This led to me spending money on activities I didn't enjoy.

I had a great time with this tour. The driver Mr. Zhang was prompt and attentive. The scenic area was under construction at multiple places. The cable car ride to get to the mountain was not included in the ticket, but the driver helped me to make the purchase. The ticket is another 200 yuan and worth the experience to reach the summit.

Excellent! WeChat is a must. Scan your passport at the ticket gate. Met the guide at Turpan Station. Communication was done using WeChat's translation feature. We had an 8-seater van with USB charging sockets, and paid an additional 170 yuan (for camels, desert entry, and village visit). We went to the Flaming Mountains photo spot, then rode camels, tasted watermelon, had lunch at a folk village for 25 yuan, explored the village, walked in the desert (off-road vehicles and other options available), and then headed to the station. We were scheduled to arrive around 10:30 PM, but got there before 9:00 PM and were able to switch to an earlier train. There's a cafeteria at Turpan Station.

This trip to Xinjiang was my first time experiencing a small group tour of 6 people, and I unexpectedly ended up loving it. The local travel agency arranged the group consolidation, and the pace of the itinerary was just right. Ample time was left at each attraction to slowly take it all in—no rushing, and no missed scenery. Throughout the journey, the accommodations were comfortable and the experience was thoroughly enjoyable. Staying at a beautiful detached log cabin in Nalati was a particular highlight, with pastoral scenery right outside the window. Along the way, the landscapes were picturesque and each view brought its own surprises, leaving behind a truly memorable autumn journey in Xinjiang.

Had an amazing time exploring Nalati Grassland with this tour! It was a small private group, only 6 people, which made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed instead of rushed like the bigger group tours. The admin/and the driver was super helpful and patient, even though I don’t speak Chinese, they made sure I never felt lost or left out. Communication, logistics, everything was smooth. Highly recommend this tour if you want a more intimate, well organized way to see Nalati without the mass-tourism crowd. Will book with them again if I’m back in yining.

This trip allowed me to appreciate the magnificent scenery of nature. However, please be aware that symptoms of altitude sickness may occur. Our driver, Ma Lei, was truly a remarkable person—my gratitude towards him is beyond words. I felt incredibly honored to travel with him. Ms. Kaixin, who was in charge of picking us up at the airport, welcomed us like family and took care of us until the end of our trip. The hotel was also excellent. Overall, the trip was very well-organized; Ms. Kaixin, driver Ma Lei, and the manager who oversaw the entire trip were all outstanding.
