10日新疆之旅回來了。自己訂了機票，但行程完全沒頭緒，就查詢了klook，回覆好快，客服問完我大約要求，就幫我出咗行程表。安排的住宿都滿意。出發前，管家就安排好了司機劉師傅，劉師傅全程都好照顧我們，有需求都幫我們處理，行車時也會留意周邊環境，看到好風景，就讓我們去拍拍照。管家也每晚都會提我們第二天是什麼行程，要注意什麼。也會留意當地天氣、交通情況，預計天氣不好，提早跟我們商量並提出更改行程，最後避開了獨庫公路的暴雪、封路。👍🏻

I am very satisfied with the service this time. At the beginning, when planning the itinerary, Sally was very patient in answering questions and arranging the schedule. I am very happy with all the accommodations arranged this time. The accommodations in the pictures are all homestays, which are clean, tidy, and comfortable. I am also very satisfied with the butler, Eleven, and the driver, Master Meng, arranged for this trip. Butler Eleven would inform us about the weather changes throughout the itinerary, and when the hotel for the first night was fully booked, he promptly notified us and provided two other hotel options, allowing us to choose our preferred one for booking. When the trip started, Klook also prepared thoughtful gifts for us. Master Meng, the driver, was kind and amiable, provided attentive service, was very responsible, and drove smoothly and safely. He also thoughtfully prepared snacks for us and explained the attractions, local specialty foods, customs, and traditions along the way. The entire trip made us feel very secure and comfortable. What was a pleasant surprise was that the driver knew we would be taking wedding photos this time and prepared "囍" (double happiness) decorations for us. One day during the trip was a birthday, and the butler and driver prepared a birthday dinner and cake for us, which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this customized itinerary and them.

It was a very happy trip. I loved it. The view was great, and the driver (named Maixing) took excellent care of us. The assistant guide was also attentive to every detail. The driver's car was clean, he didn't smoke, and he had a very good personality. He helped us order food and took photos throughout the trip. The journey wasn't rushed; it was a plan we designed ourselves, and we could sightsee until late because the sun sets at 10:30 PM here. 😁

The tour brought us an amazing Xinjiang. This tour was really well-organized with details of destinations, weather, and dress codes. The tour guide XiaoZhou took care of us very warmly. He introduced the destinations in detail as well as providing safety warnings. He also gave us many recommendations and tips when we needed to buy souvenirs in Urumqi.

On the last two days, to ensure we saw the sunset at Sayram Lake, he stayed with us until 10 PM. Next time we visit Xinjiang, we'll definitely ask Master Kang to lead the way again 😂 This was our first time visiting Yili, Xinjiang, and we absolutely couldn't get enough—we'll be back! During the trip, she constantly checked with the driver about the blooming period of the Tianshan red flowers, fearing I might miss them. As a walking, living map of Xinjiang, he knew the roads perfectly, drove steadily, and took us to many hidden gems. He had high emotional intelligence, and we had such a great time chatting throughout the journey~ For the last two days, to let us play longer, he stayed with us until dark. My husband is still talking about how we must find him again to lead our next trip to Xinjiang 🤩 As an "old player" who has visited Ili for several consecutive years, this travel experience was divine! A small group of 2 meant no need to accommodate others, the 7-seater commercial vehicle was spacious enough to pile up luggage, and the local food was a delightful surprise at every meal. I recommended Klook to my family and friends even before the trip ended. From September 12th to September 21st, my five friends and I embarked on an unforgettable journey to Northern Xinjiang. During these ten days, our team leader, Huazi, demonstrated extraordinary professionalism and enthusiasm. Not only was he well-versed in authentic local cuisine, but he also consistently led us to restaurants that were both delicious and reasonably priced, far exceeding our own choices. Huazi's meticulous planning filled our itinerary with surprises; we left our footprints at every scenic spot, perfectly documenting every moment of this trip. We thank Huazi for providing us with such a comfortable and smooth travel experience. This Northern Xinjiang trip was made brilliant because of you, and we look forward to reuniting for our next adventure!

The hotels we stayed at every day were great and met the requirements we had previously discussed with the travel agency. When we encountered problems or had last-minute requests, the travel agency was very quick to respond. The tour guide's pick-up and service were very dedicated, and we had a pleasant time with them. The scenery every day was beautiful, and all the attractions on the itinerary were excellent. However, perhaps due to a communication error, we ended up having to travel long distances every day. Next time we customize an itinerary, we should prioritize slow travel rather than aiming to visit more scenic spots.

The overall trip was smooth and satisfactory. First, I must commend Klook's prompt replies and efficient arrangements. I also want to praise the local young driver, who was very responsible, helpful, and coordinated, providing useful information in a timely manner, keeping us informed about the changing situation in Xinjiang. The only minor issues were with the local concierge, who was responsible for arranging all itineraries and bookings: 1) Before departing from Hong Kong, I had to repeatedly ask for the airport pick-up driver's contact information, which was only provided at the last minute. 2) Since we stayed in different places every day, luggage had to be packed daily. The concierge would send the next day's itinerary, including weather information, the day before. However, as the weather varies greatly in different regions of Xinjiang, the concierge often sent it very late (after 11 PM), which made packing luggage and preparing appropriate clothes very inconvenient every night. Despite expressing that we needed it before 9 PM, he still sent it to us after 10 or 11 PM. 3) On one day in Narat, the concierge did not purchase tickets in advance. We only found out upon arrival, and then the driver had to rush around to queue for tickets. These attractions were extremely crowded, and we ended up spending an extra hour to get in. Moreover, it started raining heavily an hour later, which somewhat dampened the experience. This situation would not have occurred if the tickets had been purchased in advance. 4) The concierge did not book the hotel for the last night. Upon arrival, the hotel said they had no reservation for us. Fortunately, the driver helped coordinate, and the hotel eventually gave us a room. 5) Also on the last day, as our return flight was at 10 AM, I asked the concierge for the contact information of the morning pick-up driver at around 2 PM the day before. When I followed up, he seemed to blame me. I felt this concierge was rather negligent, making me a bit worried about the arrangements before the trip.

Excellent 👍 Thumbs up to Master Ma! His service attitude is superb, and he drives very smoothly. On the first day, he even brought us fruit, and along the way, if there was a beautiful spot, he would ask if we wanted to stop to take photos and explore. The scenery along the route was also incredibly beautiful; the autumn in Southern Xinjiang truly lives up to its reputation. We'll definitely come again next time ☺️
