Had an excellent trip to Balagezong. Our driver was very knowledgeable and adviced us on what to see in Balagezong. He was very patient all the way through the trip. Would recommend!!

Super service. Both customer service Karry is very proactive and informative. Arrangement done well from beginning till end. As for the driver she is very friendly and helpful. No issue with communication as i can speak chinese.

Mr. Ming Tian is a very friendly and knowledgeable driver. He helped brought us around Dali for a day and our family enjoyed it tremendously. he also shared suggestions on what we can do to make the trip more memorable.

this was hands down the best experience of our trip Cus of our driver Adong! he was humorous, reliable, honest, acted as a mini tour guide and provided exceptional service. we travelled from lijiang to shangrila and requested to stop at tiger leaping gorge. the tour company representative was happy to suggest additional stops along the way so we could maximise the experience. when we told Adong our itinerary for the next day he suggested swapping things around which was a great suggestion that saved us time and money. if you are thinking of heading the same route, would suggest that you ask the driver (request for Adong!) to bring you to Napa grassland instead of the old town (the company’s original suggestion). since you are on the road half the day, the driver really makes a difference, and I’m very thankful we got assigned to Adong!

Driver arrived on time, lake tour with stops at the various points of interest we had previously chosen, sufficient time to visit the different locations, recommended tour if you are in Dali.

the driver is very good. he very particular about the time. because in the morning, we need to take turn for the toilet 😂. Then he seems fierce but he actually concern on our time to spend for the whole trip. At the blue moon valley, we need to purchase the ticket there, he guided us to the counter explained to us on how the route and check point for electric car because he was not joining us. Then again, he remind us about the time because we need to go to cable car for Yulong Mountain by 11am. We actually got so caught up with the beautiful scenery and almost past our time. There are too many beautiful spot that for photographs but we have time constraints. Fortunately, our driver checked on us and guide us via WeChat where to go and we arrive at cable car by 11.30am. There, he guided us to the check in gate. During our time at Yulong mountain, the mist is thick and it is so cloudy that we cannot see the mountain peak. And lesson learnt here, please make sure you eat before going up.

Our driver in Dali and Lijiang Master Ah Xing was excellent and also served as our tour guide, making the trip smooth and enjoyable. Communication through WeChat was seamless, and everything was well-coordinated with no problems at all. If you’re planning a trip to Yunnan, this agency is definitely a great choice. This one day tour was a great experience for me and my husband - absolutely breathtaking scenery. The itinerary is well planned, with many scenic rest stops to take photos, grab a snack and use the bathroom. Our driver Mr Li was very professional and friendly and made the trip relaxing and enjoyable.
