• The destination of this product is at a high altitude. Cancellation policy

• Customers can cancel without liability or reschedule before 14:00, 4 days before the start of the trip (rescheduling 4 days in advance is free; rescheduling 3-1 days in advance requires a certain rescheduling fee, and whether the rescheduling is successful depends on the availability of tickets for the specific date requested).
• If canceled 3 days before the start of the itinerary and before 14:00, 20% of the tour fee will be deducted. If canceled 2 days before at 14:00, 50% of the tour fee will be deducted. If canceled 1 day before at 14:00, 80% of the tour fee will be deducted. No refund will be given for same-day cancellations.
• If customer service cannot reach you 3 days before the trip starts, the order will be automatically canceled with a full refund. Please check your email for information.
• Suspension due to scenic area reasons (strong winds / malfunction): Full refund, not subject to 90-day restriction, tickets can be booked again later.
• Free pick-up and drop-off service for Lijiang Old Town and Shuhe Ancient Town. For areas beyond the designated range, a certain pick-up and drop-off fee may be required depending on the situation.
• If you do not enter the scenic area on the same day, and the scenic area temporarily notifies that the large ropeway is closed, you can choose not to travel and return to the city, but you need to pay a vehicle damage fee of 100 yuan per person, and the order will be fully refunded.
• Ropeway tickets cannot be transferred to another passenger (real-name facial verification).
• Due to force majeure: If all or part of the itinerary is canceled, we will refund the unexpended costs.
