We were extremely satisfied with our private customized trip to Yunnan; it was a choice we absolutely don't regret! First and foremost, the entire itinerary planning and communication process went very smoothly. The team is highly professional. They didn't just arrange things according to our requests; they also proactively offered suggestions and planned based on our ideas, preferences, and expectations. If you already know where you want to go and what you want to experience, it's even better to tell them in advance. They truly go out of their way to make sure your itinerary perfectly matches your expectations. Throughout the entire process, they were very respectful of our ideas and never forced us to go anywhere or do anything specific. Instead, they offered professional advice and allowed us to make our own choices. Communication via WeChat was also very convenient, with quick response times. The seating arrangement in the VIP area was excellent, and we were provided with sun hats and bottled water before being seated. The performance, designed by Zhang Yimou, featured performers in ethnic minority costumes, creating a beautiful spectacle. The only downside is that it's weather-dependent; as an open-air theater, a heavy rain would detract from the experience.

the driver is very good. he very particular about the time. because in the morning, we need to take turn for the toilet 😂. Then he seems fierce but he actually concern on our time to spend for the whole trip. At the blue moon valley, we need to purchase the ticket there, he guided us to the counter explained to us on how the route and check point for electric car because he was not joining us. Then again, he remind us about the time because we need to go to cable car for Yulong Mountain by 11am. We actually got so caught up with the beautiful scenery and almost past our time. There are too many beautiful spot that for photographs but we have time constraints. Fortunately, our driver checked on us and guide us via WeChat where to go and we arrive at cable car by 11.30am. There, he guided us to the check in gate. During our time at Yulong mountain, the mist is thick and it is so cloudy that we cannot see the mountain peak. And lesson learnt here, please make sure you eat before going up.

Great show, worth seeing. If you select "tomorrow" when booking your tickets, remember to double-check your ticket confirmation details (for example, I booked tickets for July 13th for "tomorrow," but the issued ticket was for July 15th).

Had a really smooth and well-coordinated trip 👏 Highly Recommended! From the start, 小舟 managed everything efficiently—clear itinerary details and even arranged hotel pickup for a small additional fee (60元), which made things more convenient. The day before the trip, the driver/guide 携手 followed up with very clear instructions. Pickup was punctual at 5:35am. We were especially impressed that the team secured early tickets to ascend Yulong Snow Mountain by 7:30am (up to 4,506m). We descended by 8:30am—the higher climb to 4,680m was closed due to heavy snow the day before, making conditions slippery and unsafe. Next stop was Blue Moon Valley—transfer was seamless, we arrived around 9:20am, spending about an hour. After that, lunch was provided (simple pork hotpot with rice and vegetables). It was decent, though there’s definitely room for improvement. We then headed to the Impression Lijiang at 1:30pm, which wrapped up the experience nicely before returning to the hotel around 3:30pm.

An extremely pleasant trip! Tour Guide: First of all, a huge shout-out to our driver-guide, Mr. Duan. As someone from a low-altitude area who frequently gets carsick, I didn't get motion-sick even once despite the countless mountain switchbacks. His driving was extremely smooth and gave us great peace of mind! Not only is his driving top-notch, but he is also very humorous and thoughtful. He anticipated many situations for us, and thanks to his advice, we didn't experience altitude sickness. Good physical health is an essential guarantee for an enjoyable trip! Highly, highly recommended! Accommodations: The value-for-money tour definitely delivered on its promise; every hotel was arranged very reasonably. My absolute favorite was Jianglv in Wunongding—it's the kind of place I would come back to stay at again and again. Itinerary: The entire process was very friendly for hiking beginners. It allowed us to experience the wonders of nature without being overly exhausting. For someone who has never been to Shangri-La, just a few days were enough to experience so much of its charm. If I had traveled on my own, I could never have had such a seamless experience. The planner and all the staff in the group chat were very attentive. Thumbs up endlessly! I will definitely choose KLOOK in the future to experience even more new journeys! I'm already planning to try some more advanced itineraries next time, haha 🤣 (The platform only allows 6 photos, which is far from enough to express everything. Can we please upgrade to 9 or 18 photos in the future?)

Master Shen is reliable and meticulous. He arranged for complete equipment and constantly reminded us of important details. Blue Moon Valley is beautiful and great for photos. Although there were some altitude sickness symptoms when ascending Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, fortunately, Master Shen had us bring an extra oxygen tank, so we still managed to climb to 4,591 meters. Highly recommended!

The whole day was a delight with the assigned driver. We went during 火把节. Everywhere is crowded with vehicles. Despite that, the driver and us managed to br flexible and complete the day tour happily!
