clean room and location is superb. 7-11 is nearby, 10 minutes walk to train station. Breakfast can be improved.

Had an excellent trip to Balagezong. Our driver was very knowledgeable and adviced us on what to see in Balagezong. He was very patient all the way through the trip. Would recommend!!

this was hands down the best experience of our trip Cus of our driver Adong! he was humorous, reliable, honest, acted as a mini tour guide and provided exceptional service. we travelled from lijiang to shangrila and requested to stop at tiger leaping gorge. the tour company representative was happy to suggest additional stops along the way so we could maximise the experience. when we told Adong our itinerary for the next day he suggested swapping things around which was a great suggestion that saved us time and money. if you are thinking of heading the same route, would suggest that you ask the driver (request for Adong!) to bring you to Napa grassland instead of the old town (the company’s original suggestion). since you are on the road half the day, the driver really makes a difference, and I’m very thankful we got assigned to Adong!

An amazing day in Dali! Our driver didn't just take us from point A to point B; they shared great local insights and suggested some wonderful spots for photos and food that we wouldn't have found on our own. Very friendly and professional service

Great driver with careful and attention and smooth driving all along,pick up on time on where he dropped us off.Very helpful in many occasions although communications were through telephone translate,no hesitate to reccomend the operator of K look to friends if they need services.

A must try!!! I totally enjoyed the trip and the Jade dragon mountain, Blue moon valley, and Impression of Lijiang performance was all amazing and left me spechless. The driver/guide is really helpful and did not rush us at all. The trip went smooth and easy. I highly recommend this trip. 5 stars!

the driver is very good. he very particular about the time. because in the morning, we need to take turn for the toilet 😂. Then he seems fierce but he actually concern on our time to spend for the whole trip. At the blue moon valley, we need to purchase the ticket there, he guided us to the counter explained to us on how the route and check point for electric car because he was not joining us. Then again, he remind us about the time because we need to go to cable car for Yulong Mountain by 11am. We actually got so caught up with the beautiful scenery and almost past our time. There are too many beautiful spot that for photographs but we have time constraints. Fortunately, our driver checked on us and guide us via WeChat where to go and we arrive at cable car by 11.30am. There, he guided us to the check in gate. During our time at Yulong mountain, the mist is thick and it is so cloudy that we cannot see the mountain peak. And lesson learnt here, please make sure you eat before going up.
