Our guide, Vanness, was patient, knowledgeable, and an amazing photographer; we loved his suggestions for authentically Asian tourist photos! We enjoyed speaking with him about everything from history to traditional culture to modern pop music. We were happy to get to see the highlights of Alishan, Sun Moon Lake, and Taichung -- including a beautiful sunrise from Alishan that we thought would be precluded by rain -- in an efficient manner. Our only criticism is the Alishan hotel we stayed at was quite rustic, but that could be because the options in Alishan are more limited; our Sun Moon Lake hotel was fantastic. All in all, a worthwhile introduction to these parts of Taiwan!

Thank you for giving me a new understanding of Hehuan Mountain. I finally got rid of the feeling of being pressured by training and started to enjoy the beauty of being close to the mountains. I would like to share with you a sentence from my teacher many years ago: "Climbing the Hehuan Peaks is like watching the roof of Taiwan's mountains and forests unfold under your feet." Thank you for the opportunity to meet you all this time, and thank you for your guide Xiao Luo. Of course, thank you to myself and my lovely partners for giving up this trip without hearing about the typhoon.

Great tour to see the key highlights of the region. We really enjoyed the hotel at Sun Moon Lake (Fleur De Chine), wished we stayed there longer to enjoy all the amenities and hot spring bath! Mr. Albert was a good guide. Informative and accomodating to our requests.

As a Taiwanese person, this is a place you must visit once in your lifetime! This Jade Mountain trip was not just a climb, but more like a spiritual baptism. Many thanks to the three guides from Mountain Secret Realm – they were not only professional navigators leading us up the mountain, but also the warmest companions on this journey. From the early morning departure at Paiyun Lodge to finally stepping onto the stone steps of the main peak, every step had their careful reminders and encouragement. In the difficult sections, they patiently guided our pace and took care of the weaker members, ensuring everyone could safely and confidently reach the summit. The professional arrangements, the guides' experience, and their warm personalities made the entire journey safe, smooth, and full of emotion. Standing on the main peak watching the sunrise, I only had one thought: thank you to this mountain for allowing me to recognize my own insignificance and resilience. The kids had a blast, and we'd like to try other facilities next time. The staff also helped the kids find life jackets that fit them well, so overall it felt pretty safe! It's not cheap, but it's a lot of fun.

A very chill trip, feeling the misty Sun Moon Lake. Also, a huge thank you to Coach Arthur and the other coach for taking our photos so seriously, guiding us on how to strike beautiful poses, and even spending extra time taking drone shots for us. The photos were definitely worth it, and we all loved them. Thank you so much ❤️

The vendor has its own free parking lot and washroom (inside the camping area near the Sun Moon Lake Ropeway Station), which is very convenient. I postponed the original activity date by one day due to personal reasons. Klook's AI customer service stated that the date could not be modified. Later, I directly contacted the supplier, Sun Moon Rock, by phone, and they quickly solved our problem. Thumbs up!

As a solo traveler, I did enjoy my trip today 11/23/2025 and one of the best part of the trip is the hotel pick up 🤣less hussle for a tourist like us. Also, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Uncle Jun for guiding us throughout our Sun Moon Lake & Cingjing farm day tour today. His kindness, patience, and professionalism made our trip truly enjoyable. He also has an amazing talent for photography—capturing beautiful group and solo shots for us—and even went the extra mile by creating a wonderful video compilation of our memories. Our guide Ken spoke only Chinese but was friendly, interactive, and an excellent photographer. He confirmed our booking the night before and picked us up at 7:20 AM. As reviews mentioned, he suggested switching the schedule to visit Cingjing Farm first. We agreed, but many shops were closed and only one show was running. It was our first visit, and the farm was so large that the Sky Bridge wasn't worth buying. Lunch at 活蝦啤酒城(Chicken King) was delicious. Ken is also a very good driver- despite the mountain roads, we didn't feel dizzy. He even advised us to avoid street vendors that recently had food poisoning cases. At Sun Moon Lake, he asked for a last-minute 50 NTD top-up for a "private boat" even though our package included a boat ride, which felt unusual. But the visit during the boat tour was relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, Ken was very helpful and took many great photos for us.
