The two young men at the Traveler's Inn provided excellent service. We saw them busy running around early in the morning, yet they were still so friendly to us, which we really appreciated. The bicycles themselves were also great to ride. When we returned them, they even gave us two cups of black tea! 👍 Sun Moon Lake is truly beautiful, and we'll definitely visit again next time! 🥰

The owner is very friendly. The 6-speed ladies' bike was more than enough for the Shuishe-Xiangshan route, and I didn't get tired. Although there weren't many ladies' bikes, the owner maintains them well. Using the QR code made borrowing the bike smooth and easy. There was no time limit. It was a pleasant experience.

The booking process was fast and response from vendor was responsive also. They were able to pick me up from the hotel which i stayed at Puli and drove up the meeting flight point mid mountain. Even though we had to wait for the wind to pick up, but when the wind came, the whole flight expereince was great. Instructor Liu was expereienced and we managed to fly to a high of 1,200 meters and whole flight took around 25 minutes. Saw a blurred far view of the Sun Lake Moon view (due to cloudy weather). We even flew to above the roads. The view of the mountain and wind in the air was great. Thank you Instructor Liew for a incredible flight experience for 1st timers like myself.

The shop was easy to find, right in the middle of downtown. The transaction was smooth and hassle-free. We simply went inside, showed our QR code, and got our bikes. There were different bike sizes available to choose from.
The only downside was that the horn on my bike wasn't working properly. Also, no safety gear, such as helmets, was provided, which would have been nice to have.
Overall, it was a convenient and straightforward bike rental experience.

Went there at a raining season and was afraid that I will not be able to do paragliding, the boss is very flexible and allowed us to participate in the next day again when it rained. Boss also reassured us that we can make a refund if we did not manage to do it! The coach are nice and experienced as well, did not felt scared for a beginner!

The tea roasting activity and electric bicycles require an additional fee. I had originally thought that barbecue would be included (this was my oversight). Spending five thousand, but the food's refinement was a bit ordinary, and the food wasn't hot. Additionally, there were quite a few mosquitoes in the dining area and the outdoor cinema area, which affected the feeling of relaxation. The overall experience felt more like staying in a crowded RV, without much of a true camping atmosphere.
However, the overall environment was clean, the staff were very friendly, the bicycles were easy to ride, and we could pet cats and see fireflies. These aspects were all very positive.

This was my first stay at Fleur de Chine, and I felt it offered incredible value! Everything was fantastic—the food, the environment, the service, and even the hotel activities. You could easily stay at the hotel the whole time without needing to go out. It's the kind of place where kids can burn off energy and adults can relax and de-stress. Even the children are already asking to come back next time! 👍

The hotel facilities are new, and the family room bathroom with double sinks is a thoughtful touch. The mini-bar items are abundant (including Sun Moon Lake black tea and Kuai Kuai snacks with black tea latte flavor) and are provided free of charge. We hope this continues!

The location is great! 👍 It's right on the first row of Shuishe Pier, and the lake view of Sun Moon Lake is beautiful. Just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the scenery puts you in a good mood. The view changes with the sunlight from morning to evening. Breakfast is simple but delicious 😋, and I was satisfied eating it two days in a row. The only downside is that the bidet toilet is too loud.
