But after going back we were able to resolve it. we used the bikes to pedal to wenwu temple then returned the bikes and caught our cruise to the different areas

Very easy to redeem. Sun moon lake is very beautiful place, i had fun biking along the lake, the staff also guide me where the start of the biking lane and also provided a map. It was really a great experience. ❤️🇹🇼

Recommended if you are planning to cycle around Sun Moon Lake. Very affordable and the staffs are nice and friendly. As it’s a manual bike it can be difficult to cycle through certain terrains but definitely worth a go to take in the scenery!

This shop was easy to find for me as it was very near to the place I was staying near the Shuishe Pier. I originally wanted to upgrade to an e-bike (just because I was feeling lazy) but the shop keeper discouraged me. She explained to me the most common biking route anti-clockwise around the lake and where to turn back. Although I did keep on getting overtaken by e-bikes along the way I managed to power my way through a pleasant afternoon.

When you drive to the entrance of the store marked at the address, there will be a dedicated person guiding you to a nearby exclusive parking lot, but parking fees still need to be charged. You can rent a car next to that parking lot. The service is good. Let the children test drive before making a decision. The store’s bicycle completed the trip around the lake!

When going around Sun Moon Lake, refer to the road sections mentioned by the store for some sections. Don’t force yourself to ride on steep slopes. It’s best to walk with a hand and take your time. Safety is the most important thing. Go clockwise and go to the section outside the bicycle path around the lake. It is more dangerous to ride a bicycle. Some sections are best walked with a cart and may be difficult to ride. Giant bicycles are available.
