Sun Moon Lake & Cingjing Farm Day Tour with Taichung City Hotel Pickup (including Sun Moon Lake boat ticket)

Would have been better if the guide can speak in English (specifically chosen English speaking guide in Klook) nevertheless he’s still trying his best to communicate thru one of the guest who can speak English. He would consistently offer taking a photo during the trip.

We had an absolutely fantastic time on this tour, all thanks to our guide, Lewis (阿正). Even though the weather wasn't great and it rained throughout the day, Lewis made sure our experience remained perfect. His service went above and beyond our expectations. Lewis is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He introduced us to some amazing local food spots that we never would have found on our own. He was so thoughtful—he even bought us delicious tea leaf eggs to try during the tour! Beyond his guidance, he was incredibly helpful with photography, capturing great shots of us throughout the day despite the rain. To our surprise, he even created a beautiful video montage of our experience, which is such a wonderful keepsake. If you are looking for a professional, kind, and truly dedicated guide who can make your trip amazing no matter the weather, look no further than Lewis. We highly recommend him and would definitely book with him again!

Our guide/driver, Xiao Xin, sent us a short message the day before, reminding us about the weather, bringing jackets, and other details. On the day of the tour, he was very patient and shared many interesting historical facts about Taiwan and the local area; he was very knowledgeable. The captain and Xiao Xin on Success No. 3 were also great, sharing many unique features of Sun Moon Lake. We learned a lot, and the scenery became more meaningful. Thumbs up! The recommendations and tips for the old street and sightseeing spots were very thoughtful and detailed. Thanks to Xiao Xin's very steady driving, we didn't get carsick on the mountain roads, and the car was very comfortable and clean. In the end, he even helped us take many photos of our entire group. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!! My only suggestion is that you don't need to go to Old England. 😂

We had a great experience with Moosei. The tour is very enjoyable and Moosei really shared tips and a great photographer. We were pick up and drop off before and after the tour. He really communicates well and make sure that everyone in the tour understands and enjoy the moment. The tour is great. Very recommendable and wants to book again if we will come back to Taiwan.

The whole experience was good! Pre-event info was clear and precise sent via WhatsApp by the tour company. Our guide 小鬼 was knowledgeable and jovial. He will introduce the surrounding as we make our way to our destination. Overall me and husband enjoyed the cool breeze up hill, and the scenery.

I was very nervous because I'm not fluent in Chinese, but everyone helped me out, and I had a great time participating. Thank you! Our guide, Driver Xiao Yi, was very informative at first, but then our guide changed midway due to a car accident. Driver and guide Kazi took amazing photos and was a bit of a tsundere, subtly looking out for me so I wouldn't feel left out, which made the trip very enjoyable and stress-free! And the sandwich shop he recommended when we got off was absolutely delicious...!

Great tour! The scenery was amazing and we were lucky to have such good weather ✨ This tour covers a lot in one day — including a boat ride at 日月潭, several quick souvenir stops, an afternoon at Qingjing Farm, and a stop at a beautiful England-style building that’s perfect for photos. Qingjing Farm was especially fun — there were amazing shows, including a sheep show with some funny stand-up style comedy, and a horse riding show with some very impressive (and good-looking!) riders. Our tour guide, 小新, was a true gentleman and very informative. He takes great photos (and even compiles them into a video for you!), makes funny puns and jokes, and brings us around the market to show what’s really worth trying for tourists. During the car rides, he also shares many interesting stories about Taiwan’s history, which made the journey enjoyable and not boring at all. Highly recommend this tour! ✨

i am a solo traveller and i had a great experience with sml + qingjing farm klook tour. 💗 xiao xin was our tour guide and he was very punctual and came to pick me up exactly on the agreed time and place. he drives well and also shares stories and facts about taiwan and nantou. he doesn’t speak english but has a translation device that works really well. he also jokes around and has a good humor so we really had fun and laughed during the car ride to our destinations. he took pictures for all the guests and they were all very nice 👍🏻 he also toured us around the ita thao pier and gave us recommendations on what type of food to buy and to try. the weather was very gloomy during our visit but i still enjoyed it since i liked how the fog looked like. great value for money since i get to visit 2 major locations and even a short stop at 1 (old england). thanks again xiao xin!! note: check weather and bring appropriate clothing! it was very cold and i only brought a light cardigan 😆😆

We had an amazing trip to Sun Moon Lake and Cingjing Farm. The lake cruise offered breathtaking scenic views, and the farm was a highlight with its friendly sheep and beautiful cherry blossoms! Our driver, Zeng Guoen Ivn, was fantastic—extremely punctual, approachable, and professional. Will surely be back to see Sun Moon Lake!
