We truly loved our Fuji tour today with our driver and guide, Hong Jian. He was very punctual and picked us up right on time at our hotel, which made the start of the day smooth and stress-free. Although we didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji due to heavy snow, we really appreciated how accommodating Jian was in bringing us to alternative places that we could still enjoy. The experience was absolutely magical, and the scenery was beautiful in its own way. On our way back, we had to reroute because the main highway was closed, so we took a longer path with steep and slippery roads. Despite this, we felt completely at ease because Jian was very professional and constantly reassured us that everything would be fine. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely book again, hopefully next time with our kids❤️❄️

All i can say is this tour was entirely amazing from the start of the tour until drop off. every places we visited are beautiful most especially having the opportunity to see Mt. Fuji. It was a dream come true. We also had an delicious lunch (i ordered the ell and my husband ordered the wagyu - oishi). Thanks to our super supportive, very informative and friendly captain Jack for making things possible and wonderful. will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful day tour with Mr Alex as our guide and driver. The pre-tour instructions were clear and pickup was right on time, which made the start of the day smooth and stress-free. Mr Alex was friendly, professional, and a very safe driver throughout the journey — plus, he’s easy on the eyes too! 😁 Our first stop was Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine. The climb can be a little challenging at the beginning, but it’s absolutely manageable We were given about an hour to explore, which was sufficient if you pace yourself and come prepared. Next, we headed to Oshino Hakkai. It was a pleasant stop with lovely scenery. Our final stop was Gotemba Premium Outlets. While the 2-hour duration felt a bit short — especially after queuing for food — we only managed to cover part of the outlet. I’d recommend planning your shopping route in advance to make the most of the time. Overall, it was a well-organised and enjoyable tour, made even better by Mr Alex’s warm personality. 👍🏻

Augustine was so great, given us so many information about Fujisan and all the places we visit. He is very generous in guiding and helping us taking our Family photo. Everything was super organized We enjoyed the tour so much!!! Everything is so worth it!

if you're looking to take beautiful pics of Fuji then this is it, u don't have to worry about transportation, our driver Vincent was awesome,very helpful and accommodating, letting is know when a picture opportunity is coming up on the way to a location, there's also a nice stop with a museum and several with food, deserts and coffee, even with the last minute itennary change it was great, just be read to walk up 400 steps at one point. my wife took the pretty pictures but I'll include just mine

I can only say that this was a wonderful trip. Before my girlfriend and I booked this trip, we thought about it for a long time, checking the weather forecast every week. We only decided to book the pirate ship and ropeway package when we were really sure. At first, we didn't expect much because we had never been on a 1-day trip before. But after the trip, we can only say, "It was a very worthwhile 1-day trip." We visited many places as planned, and the sky was clear enough to see Mr. Fuji at Owakudani. Even though January 27, 2026 was very cold, we really enjoyed ourselves. And the hero of this trip was our guide, "Mr. Sakuragi." He took great care of everyone on the tour, recommending places and providing a lot of knowledge that we didn't know before. He communicated in English very well, which made tourists like us feel comfortable. We would like to thank Mr. Sakuragi and the bus driver for creating a great experience for us throughout the trip. We were really impressed. If you are deciding which trip to choose, we highly recommend this trip to everyone. 💖

I usually research everything carefully before making a decision. The tour I had originally planned didn't fit my schedule, so I chose the large bus tour as an alternative, and it turned out to be a very satisfying trip. The course consisted of only three well-organized places: Sengeng Park, Oshino Hakkai, and the outlet, so I was able to look around more leisurely compared to other tours. In particular, the ride was stable on the large bus, making the travel time comfortable. I was really impressed and felt a sense of warmth at Mr. Kang Gil-man's passionate explanations in Chinese and Korean. Guide, you worked really hard today! Thanks to you, I had a comfortable and enjoyable Mount Fuji tour. Thank you.

I don't usually leave reviews, but it was so great that I wanted to recommend it to many Koreans. I hesitated a lot about booking the tour, but it was the most fulfilling and fun part of my Tokyo trip. It gets very crowded on weekends, so I deliberately booked it for a weekday, and I think it was a good choice. Everyone on the tour, from the Korean guide Grace to the people who joined the tour that day, were Korean, so it was really comfortable and enjoyable throughout the tour. I am especially grateful to Grace. She took care of all the tour members, from those who came alone to families of four or more, over 40 people in total, and she said that all that's left are the photos, so she took photos of each person with beautiful backgrounds. I will never forget her sincerity. The best thing was that she arranged the itinerary so that it didn't overlap much with other tour teams, so there weren't many people at each place our tour team went. Thanks to that thoughtfulness, I was able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji for a long time with a very relaxed and comfortable feeling. Also, the tour bus we took had a huge panoramic window, so it was nice to be able to see the magnificent scenery of Mount Fuji even while riding the bus. The driver was also good at driving and very nice. It was a really happy day, breathing in good air and making unforgettable memories. At the end, they even printed out our photos taken with Mount Fuji in the background and gave them to us as a gift, so I can't escape the emotion all day today. Thank you so much!!

This was a fully packed day trip where we saw some incredible views of Mount Fuji from different angles. We traveled with two adults over 75 and one five-year-old. Our tour guide, Andrew, was energetic and engaging. He made us even more excited about what we were going to see and was very welcoming. Our bus driver was very skilled and the ride was smooth. This was very easy to book, and I would highly recommend it if you are short on time and want to take a day trip out of Tokyo.
