What to expect
What’s included? Can I customize the itinerary? This activity includes routes to scenic and cultural destinations such as Mount Fuji, Hakone, and Nikko. The route is customizable, departing from Tokyo’s 23 wards. The itinerary is customizable.
When will I receive a reservation confirmation? What is the cancellation policy? Reservations are confirmed immediately after payment. You will receive a confirmation email (please check your spam folder). Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the activity date. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
How long will we stay at each attraction? Are entrance fees included? The duration of the stay is flexible and the driver will coordinate with you. Entrance fees are not included and must be purchased separately if required.
What’s Included and Additional Fees: Includes: Fuel surcharge / Tolls / Intercity fees / Bridge and tunnel fees / First child seat free of charge / 5-hour or 10-hour charter Possible additional fees: Attraction entrance fees / Personal expenses / Additional hourly fee: 5,000 JPY/hour / Pickup outside Tokyo’s 23 wards / Night service: 5,000 JPY/hour after 8:00 PM (local time) / Additional mileage fee: 400 JPY/km (applicable to custom itineraries) When will I receive driver and vehicle information? You will receive driver and vehicle details via email or app (WhatsApp/Line/Kakao/WeChat) one day before the tour date (between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM).

Excellent experience with the driver who is familiar the Mount Fuji area and she even took extra mile to take with us the private ship to gain her experience. Give advice to us to leave before 4.30pm to avoid the jam.

Our driver was very accomodating and efficient - I had a customized itinerary and requested a car seat and both were totally fine. We had to make some changes, but our driver also gave us tips about where to go and what to see. It was a really smooth and comfortable way to explore the Mt Fuji area and enjoy our day!
we truly enjoyed our trip to Mt Fuji. our driver was punctual and very accomodating. his driving skill is excellent. before heading back to Tokyo he informed us the roads will be a bit challenging and may cause motion sickness. However the driving was so smooth and did not cause motion sickness at all! despite the language barrier our driver tried to explain some areas we visited with google translate. we truly appreciate the effort. thanks so much and we highly recommend this
our Driver Yang Qi was amazing, we booked the trip to Mt Fuji and it turned out to be a beautiful sunny day, We could see Mt Fuji, Yang Qi took us to spots where we could take amazing pics, suggested a restaurant for lunch where we had an authentic meal. she avoided the crowded places. Thanks to her our trip was very much memorable.

Driver is punctual and polite. However, she didn't give much recommendation on other places of interest and just follow the iterinary we have chosen. We have manged to captured amazing views of Mount Fuji and good experience for those who are visiting Mount Fuji the first time.
