Staff was friendly and helpful and the simple breakfast was perfect. Room was clean and amenities were fine. The location was absolutely perfect- across the street from Shinagawa!

We stayed in the N tower in a room equipped for 4 people. When we first entered, they arranged two twin beds in the only floor space available leaving zero floor space. This is not an exaggeration. It was comical to say the least and very cramped, making for one cranky group. There is no room for luggage, no floor length mirror, and the bathroom doesn't allow for more than one to be using it at one time. This hotel is catered to business people so I do not recommend a family staying here. The breakfast was fine, fresh fruit would have been nice, but it was mainly plain bread, eggs, sausage, salad and soup. Being close to the station, entertainment, and the many restaurants nearby is the draw here.

The N Tower is probably the smallest of the several towers comprising the Shinagawa Prince Hotel property, therefore, the N Tower lobby and elevators are not crowded as with the Main Tower. The N Tower also features a complimentary continental breakfast only for customers staying in the N Tower.

The room was much smaller than expected. We were offered early check-in for a $40 fee, but were able to get it for free by signing up for the hotel's membership program, which was a nice perk. Unfortunately, there weren't many hotel amenities, and the beds were quite hard. The pillows were also uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs were runny, and one of the hot dishes appeared to be canned spaghetti in tomato sauce, which was not very appealing. The one positive was the location, which was convenient for accessing the train to the airport. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

The convenient location is a major advantage. The relatively small room size is quite normal for hotels in Tokyo. There were some stains on the floor, which made the room look a bit dated. The simple breakfast included was reasonably good. If convenience and easy access to transportation are your main priorities, this hotel is still worth considering.
